I still hope SMC will still lend their players for future international competitions.yes sir yan na nga po yun...they affectionally call it as mba version 2.0aabangan ko ito kasi this is helmed by joe lipa,the architect of philippine collegiate champions league.....kung hindi dahil sa liga na yun eh hindi magkaka national exposure si slaughter at fajardo. in the long run eh ang national team din ang magbebenefit dito dahil sigurado maraming madidiscover na talented players dito...hindi naman lahat ng magaling eh galing sa mga ncaa o uaap schools. excited na ako dito. junix Posted August 15, 2015 Share Posted August 15, 2015 (edited) sa akin lang this ed ponceja, alleged to be the agent of pingris, should be shot in luneta para malaman niya ang love for country at patriotism gaya ng sakripisyo ni jose rizal nyahahaha honestly the pba should be blamed for the decline of the philippines' performance in the international scene. obviously it is now commercial basketball over philippine basketball. it is simpl just pathetic!!! what makes it even worse is that our government is helpless on this. junix Posted August 15, 2015 Share Posted August 15, 2015 http://m.spin.ph/basketball/news/better-late-than-never-for-man-of-word-a mabuti pa itong elder statesman na ito. true to his words. asi, despite being a fil-tongan, deserves to be called a true full-blooded pinoy. truly makabayan. unlike this player from purefoods who committed and even told baldwin "kung mahihintay nila ako sa pagbalik ko...di ko uurungan ang gilas". but where is this player. he already snubbed 2 practice sessions and has not even sent a text to coach tab. these players players who refused to play for the national team should be "booed" when they step on the court while players who have sacrificed for flag and country should be saluted and given a standing ovation. let these players who refused to play for flag and country know the feelings of pinoy basketball fans. this is just unacceptable.
