ang CDP I naman: will xchange hands if its a lotto pick.. if its not a lotto pick, walang xchange.

@ajb, afaik players on fa are free for picking after our rookie draft. but some are not for grabs due to certain conditions, such as a rookie drafted(by a team) last year or previous years (if am correct) with less than a hundred games played...

In the other keeper league, we have two rounds of drafting free agents; the rest are free for all.

^^ If memory serves, 2 years ago we had a free agent draft but not last year. Believe we just had the regular FA waiver process but the priority order is opposite of the rookie draft order.

- After the 2-round rookie draft, we will have Waivers/FA for the last 2 roster slots... not a 2-round FA live/offline draft.
