themeatman79 Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 I used to do it barehanded. dami na kalyo ngayon sa knuckle palm. i progressed to using bicycle interiors for gripping, then finally purchased weightlifting gloves. may factor pala yun. could by psych but was able to lift more weight when wearing it.
