daclown
gloves? definitely. kung walang-wala, I wrap a piece of rubber matting (or those black foam insulation on aircon tubes ) on the bars Quote Link to comment
CarneChaser
Gloves are a must. The only bad thing about Gloves is when someone wears them during aerobic activities. Eventually they will develop a nasty smell and sometimes the owner doesn't understand that. Quote Link to comment
id6230
Not all forms of exercises need gloves but some are absolutely necessary. Of course, you are expected to have a hygienic equipment all the time. Quote Link to comment

fishy_orb
for those looking for good gloves.. try the nike ones.. PHP1250 i think in Nike stores... cheaper in Sports Warehouse (the one in Club650 libis or Waltermart Mall in Munoz) i think same type only sells for 450 there.... these are the dryfit type.. so for those with sweaty hands.. this should be perfect.. Don Carleone
yes, masakit kasi pag wala. nagkaka kalyo sa kamay. i use really really cheap gloves. bili ko sa 168..70 lang ata per pair. if i buy expensive gloves, its either na masisira din naman, or mawawala ko. so mabuti nang mura ang masira or mawala. razrramon
yes. i use the same s don carleon. di rin kasi nagtatagal yung mga expensive ones sa akin Quote Link to comment
runningbull
I normally use neoprene gloves, since I do a lot of free weights. I get the padding I need on my palms but doesn't entirely cover my whole hands (which causes sweat). I buy a few sets so I can rotate and I have something to use while the last one is in the washer. I use LP, because it's cheap and readily available anywhere. I have a set though with wrist support (Valeo) which I only use for bench pressing during heavy chest days. Quote Link to comment
