i wear gloves.. for me ayoko magkakalyo.. mas gusto daw ng girls pag swabe ang himas

its a must. it helps a lot

I wear it only for deadlifts and t-bar rows. For me it makes a difference for those 2 exercises because your skin doesn't get pinched and you have something less to worry about during the lift. Other than those 2 exercises..I just don't feel it helps me out in any way.

Yes it helps you feel comfortable during your heavy lifts and to avoid also calluses.

Daan ka sa malalaking malls pag uwi mo dito hanap ka lang nang mga sports house. Magandang brand ProLift medyo may kamahalan lang nang konti but ok yung quality
