RED2018 Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 (edited) Nakakatawa naman yang link na yan.... palpak na naman na marketing move.... kung di ako nagkakamali, ng dumating si jeff, nag release ang bgk management ng mga press releases coming from the gins star players how they were eager to learn the triangle and that they believe in the system at kung ano ang madadala nito sa team..... ngayon biglang yung mga players ang gustong umalis sa triangle... pathetic na press release Sana lang there should be balance assessment on the performance evaluation...hindi lang players ang pinakikinggan- bago sila nag-embark towards triangle offense dapat nagkaroon ng due diligence on its merits and its feasibility with regards to the manpower capability; thus, somehow palpak yung nag-recommend to go triangle offense or the players can't face the challenge...I just pity Jeff who did well naman at nananahimik as a good assistant of Coach Tim...para kasing trial and error ang nangyayari Edited January 5, 2015 by artedpro Quote Link to comment

Wow, para talagang walang respect ang mga players ng Ginebra, i don't know why, maybe because he is an outsider or something.... nangangarap na lang din naman tayo eh itodo na naten..sino sino ba ang sa tingin nyo na fit sa never say die spirit at larong mama ng ginebra. sa totoo lang sa line up nila ngayon ang daming bumibida walang gusto maging role player eh. Kailangan ng Ginebra role players, in the mold of Sean Anthony, Hodge and even AbuevaNagrequest siguro ng change kasi hindi talaga siguro umuubra triangle offense sa Ginebra. numina Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 I have a different opinion on chua..... sinuwerte lang sya sa gins nuon kaya pumasok sa finals.... adding to that was a good import in vmac....he coached tanduay, sta lucia and ginebra and until now he has not won a championship.... Mas bilib ako ke siot and jong.... bakit kaya di nila ibalik si siot? O kaya kunin si chot reyes? I am also curious kung nasaan na si perry ronquillo and kung uubra sya Quote Link to comment

On ato...i was one of the fans clamoring for his resignation...being not only outcoached but also outclassed by coach tim...so my sentiment is still " no ato please".... Would have wanted for jeff to stay...since he seems to bring a semblance of organized team ball and plays....granted that the ginkings style of play is run and gun...pero lahat ng teams din run and gun eh...gusto ko sana may set play sila...nde yun half court pasa pasa then biglang one on one...ganun ang nangyayari kadalasan...thats why teams with good team defense always wins over them i.e. TnT and san mig coffee...we need more variety of plays...thats why tingin ko kulang si ato...ok talaga yun triangle plays..sayang lang nde makuha ng mga players.... 1 Quote Link to comment

Based on OLD rumors it was the beef between Robert Non and Chua that led to Chua's resignation sa kabila ng turo ng ilan na si Eala ang may gawa. But RSA wants Chua to stay with the team dahil sa pagdadala niya sa finals nung term niya.. kaya nalipat sa ibang team si Non.. IMHO.. Ato, Jeff or Chua, it does not matter kung sino sa tatlo, yung mga players kasi ang may problema. Look at JJ and Mark, ayaw nila sa triangle kasi di nila magawa gusto nila, ayaw nila ng pasa pasa gusto kasi lagi sila ang bida at gagawa ng sarili nilang diskarte.. Their time had come, let the young players shine. Scoring wise ok they can still contribute pero hindi na sila consistent and they are a BIG liability on defense lalo na si helterbrand. They need to get on the same page first, kelngan yung coach na mapapasunod ang mga ma eere at ma define ang role ng bawat isa.. Sayang yung ke Jeff, altho masakit sa mata yung triangle niya, it could have work kung willing ang mga players na mag sacrifice.. kaso mukhang ayaw tlaga nila sumunod..sana i train ng management ng GSM sina Mark at jayjay sa coaching skills, para pag pwede na silang dalawa, si Caguioa na ang magiging Head coach ng Ginebra at si Helterbrand naman ang assistant nya. tapos si Jawo kunin nila kahit consultant. better to make them both as assistant first para malaman nila kung gano kahirap at para mas ma train sila... then evaluate kung pde tlaga maging head coach... azraelmd Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Still at least 2 more weeks before the start of the import laden conference...well with the ginkings having their first team practice under ato last mon...guess we dont have any choice but to accept him...hopefully he would have improved his coaching acumens...the player should have improved their attitude...we will be watching and evaluating intently both ato and the ginkings as a whole... OT...anyone watched the first game of their sister team vs the so called hayop led milk kings??? is it me or the SMC franchise except the hotdogs have personnel problems....whether in coaching or players...as evidenced by that last shot by lutz in regulation and lots of pilit tira ni lassiter?? Costing them their first game win...sayang lang si kraken....almost unstoppable kaso nde na pinapasahan ng bola sa fourth quarter.... Quote Link to comment

azraelmd Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 Nun bata pa sina mark and jayjay..sila ang epitome ng run and gun style ng ginebra....the Fast and the Furious ika nga...now the only guard na swak sa run and gun style nila....e si joseph yeo nlang....or possible si forrester kung mabigyan ng playing time ni ato...yun ibang guards (including LA) good for set plays sana..especially in a triangle offense...hasa sa 3 point shooting...kaso kahit ayaw aminin ni mark ang run and gun ng ginebra now lies with their two big men,tibay men( mama and JR hehe)...and an athletic wing ellis...si baracael nga nde pang run and gun kasi bagal tumakbo they should maximize si slowter and turn him into a bigger and badder fajardo...si japhet?? Honestly nde ko na alam anong gagawin sa kanya....he is one low post move away from being unstoppable din sana...e kung si ping na may kaisang isa very effective back to the basket move....vey simpe lang...bakit nde magawa kay japhet...kahit yun laro lang nya nun "august gilas sa moa" ang dalhin nya every game ok na...
