If i’m not mistaken, BMW scoots are rebadged kymco bikes. Definitely great value for money. Try to look around for 2nd hand models since the resale value of kymcos (or any chinese bike) are awful. Even the Kawasaki Barako 3 is more technologically advanced. A huge question mark if environmental laws are strictly implemented. Although it is only about half the price (P140,000) of Rusi cyclone 400 (P270,000), I won't recommend it to buyers on a budget, unless the manufacturer replace the carburator with fuel injection.
