Sir Galahad®
NBA:Stephon MarburySteve FrancisEddy Curry (Bakit parang new york knicks lahat ) PBA:Andy Seigle - am not sure if he was the top pick that time but he did not develop into a marquee playerAlex Cabagnot - Too much hype. I think they even compared him to be better than Jimmy AlapagJun Limpot - Too Soft. Although has that decent jumpshot, you don't see his all out attitude to winYves Dignadice - Although he was one of my favorite players, he did not live up to his total billing (I remember after the 1989 open conference, he was 3rd after paras and fernandez in the statistical points, then went downhill) Quote Link to comment

peep_tom
si yao ming kaya? Si Yao? Hmmmmm hindi sa kinokontra kita ha, I just want to share also what I have in mind about Yao. In my opinion Yao has lived up to what was expected of him, he was not really expected to be the next "Dream". He was not expected to carry Houston to success, I think he was drafted because he will be a very good complimentary player for Houston which is to support the main man of the team, which appears to be Tracy right now. He was having a better season than Mcgrady until the injury. He is still soft but he sees that, thats why they got "The Dream" to train him some more. Quote Link to comment
Agent_mulder
Come on! Ngayon kumakampi ka pa kuno sa isang taga-Barangay, i don't care about his comment all i know is all-hype at overrated si yap at hindi mababago yon ng kahit sino. On Caguiao's statement, bakit ba pino-problema mo yung sinabi ni Caguaio? You can't seem to get over that thing, kung meron man nawalan ng isang salita ay si Caguiao dahil hindi nya nagawa 'yung sinabi nya so what the big deal with that? Paulit-ulit na lang ang issue na nire-raise mo. Hindi ko gusto maki-pag EB sa 'yo ng nag-iisa for obvious reasons, sabi ko sabihin mo sa amin ng harapan yan, "amin" means there are two or more persons. Useless talaga makipag-argue sa 'yo dahil argumento mo argumentong bakla Na sya namang totoo kahit aminin mo o hindi. Edited June 19, 2007 by Agent_mulder Quote Link to comment
Sir Galahad®
Do any of the Guys think Ralph Sampson is overrated? (naabutan pa ba ninyo ito?) Quote Link to comment
orionpax
Actually, Sampson played well (but still below expectations) in the early years of his career in Houston, the injuries however, turned him useless even with his 7'4" frame Do any of the Guys think Ralph Sampson is overrated? (naabutan pa ba ninyo ito?) Quote Link to comment
Sir Galahad®
Another Center comes to mind.... yung 7'7" who played for dallas... he is so overrated I forgot his name  Quote Link to comment
clubber_lang
Shawn Bradley? Well, not really overrated since everybody knew he was not the that good except the guys who drafted him. However, he can block shots pa rin. From the get-go he was a project. No one said he would be the next great center naman... Darius Miles WAS overrated. Not anymore... Quote Link to comment
wraith2
Shaq -- malaki lng katawan nya at malakas sya... pero overrated.. Quote Link to comment
howard_the_duck
Shaq -- malaki lng katawan nya at malakas sya... pero overrated..to be fair to shaq, he's now overrated. to call shaq on the previous LAL champs run is just too much, even for LAL haters Quote Link to comment

On Caguiao's statement, bakit ba pino-problema mo yung sinabi ni Caguaio?
Actually, during Sampson's heydey, a lot of towering centers (above 7"2") were roaming the lanes...but more of role players, worse, benchwarmers Examples are Mark Eaton (Jazz), Chuck Nevitt ( Pistons), James Donaldson (Mavs), to mention a few Then the Washington Bullets got fascinated by the "beanpole" projects in the late 80's early 90's Point in case.. Manute Bol and Georghe Muresan.. But still, both IMHO are better than Shawn Bradley Another Center comes to mind.... yung 7'7" who played for dallas... he is so overrated I forgot his name  Quote Link to comment
kanto-terrorist
Allan houston once declared himself as the best shooting guard in the NBA because he got the highest salary among his counterparts Starbury told the world that he's the best point-guard in the NBA derick coleman was once the highest-paid player in the league,... andun pa si michael jordan nun... Damon Jones once said that he's the best shooter in the world... Erick Dampier brags that he is the 2nd best center in the world...next to shaq....hahahaha! oh men. are they on crack? why do these scumbags underachievers with oversized ego are the ones who's doing these stunts? nauna pa ang yabang instead of the real thing...
