Only four failed but the problem is, there were only seven of them who took the exam. Indeed, they need to increase their percentages but I would not be so harsh in judging them. Bagsak from Siliman U, Cebu Doctors, Liceo de Cagayan, Davao Doctors, San Pedro Collage, dito lumilipat. So sa taga Medina, got some friends there.
