Si Y2J kung kailan naging veteran saka pa siya nag shift from tights to trunks parang di maganda tignan...

Jericho also specifically discussed one of the most obvious visual evolutions of his character, his wearing of short tights. “It’s the first time I’ve ever worn short tights in 18 years. It’s great, I love it because everyone is like “what are you doing? Why are you wearing short tights?” Chris said that the reason he always wore long tights was because two of his favorites, Shawn Michaels and Owen Hart, wore long tights, so he started doing it and never changed. Chris then recounted this backstage reaction to the new short tights “I think it was Bruce Pritchard, or it might have even been Vince, asked me ‘why have you been covering those legs for so long?’ It’s a very homoerotic sport, two half naked guys greased up and touching each other.”

Nash going back to WWE?

Apparently Kevin Nash had more problems with TNA's creative team at the iMPACT tapings this past week. The word going around is that Nash was upset with the booking plans for his match Kurt Angle and he also had issues with some of the backstage segments. Nash ended up going with the plan for him to lose to Angle but he has lost some respect within the company. You could clearly see a pissed off look on Nash's face when the referee made the three count on iMPACT last night. One TNA office worker noted that, "He needs to go, it's getting out of hand." As posted earlier, Nash's contract with TNA expires in October and he has been telling people that he could return to WWE as a bodyguard for Shawn Michaels. There's suspicion that Nash is leery of TNA jobbing him out before his deal expires.

Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho are being given creative freedom and the result is one of the best storylines in WWE.

Creative Freedom

The reports coming out of WWE is that Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho have been given the green light to produce their own storyline.

Management right now is providing some feedback, but the majority of what is happening between the two is coming straight from their minds.

The promos and the dialogue are completely being thought up by the two superstars.

Best Minds

It's really quite rare for wrestlers to be given as much creative freedom as Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho are being given.

With WWE, most of the things that happen on television are being well thought out and scripted.

Only the best of the best are given creative freedom (not 100% complete freedom, though).

Scripted Statues

A lot of wrestling fans would be surprised to know just how scripted the entire process is.

In fact, very few people are aware that much of the Rock's promos were scripted as well.

If you watch behind the scene footage, you'll see that the Rock rehearses quite bit of his promos with various people backstage

It's been said that Pat Patterson and Brian Gewirtz are behind most of the clever promos.

It's just hard to tell since the Rock pulls it off so well.

Don't get me wrong, though. The Rock is talented. Not everyone is going to be able to deliver the speeches like he could.

Sink or Swim

It's a bit risky, but I truly do believe that WWE should utilize a "sink or swim" approach with the younger wrestlers.

Just put the younger wrestlers out there and see what they're capable of doing.

If they're not trying to remember their lines, they might be a bit looser. Who knows? They might even shine.

During the 1980s, the majority of the wrestlers were given creative freedom.

Those that did really well in that atmosphere usually became legendary mic workers (i.e. Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, Arn Anderson, etc).

Foley to TNA

Now that he's going to the rival company, Mick Foley's legacy is being attacked by wrestling fans that once proclaimed him one of the greatest ever.

Taking a Beating

There's very few people that have ever stepped foot inside of a wrestling ring that can take as much of a beating as Mick Foley can.

Mick Foley is the same guy that once took a stiff shovel shot straight to the head (with no hands) and then fell several feet off a ramp onto the unforgiving concrete floor.

This is also the man that once flew from the top of the Hell in a Cell cage onto the announce table.

However, none of those beatings have been as brutal as the beating that his legacy and reputation have been taking this week.

Jumping Ship

For those of you that haven't heard yet, Mick Foley is days away from making the official jump from WWE to TNA.

He was quite unhappy with his role as commentator on Smackdown, and he wanted to try something different once his contract expired.

A lot of wrestling fans took that as a sign of betrayal from the hardcore legend.

Elevating Young Talent

Mick Foley has a good reputation and history of elevating younger wrestlers in the business.

He helped to turn Randy Orton and Edge into bigger stars than they already were.

You can expect Mick Foley to do the same thing during his tenure in TNA, where he'll probably end up helping guys like Matt Morgan, James Storm, and Robert Roode out.

Of course, the fans that are already bitter about him joining TNA are going to use those potential losses as fuel against Mick Foley.

They'll claim those losses are tarnishing Mick Foley's reputation.

Still a Legend

Regardless of what Mick Foley does in TNA, I'll still consider him a legend.

Hopefully, Vince McMahon feels the same way.

Mick Foley deserves to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame some day.

In fact, he deserves to be the headliner of the class when he does get inducted.

Everyone needs to check their emotions at the door because Mick Foley has made that big of an impact on the wrestling business.

Backstage at TNA

Shannon Moore, whow as recently released by WWE, was backstage at the TNA iMPACT! tapings on Tuesday night.

Nash to WWE?

The rumors of Kevin Nash returning to WWE are heating up once again.

Disruption

There's been reports comig out that Kevin Nash has been causing more of a disruption backstage in TNA.

Those that aren't really familiar with Kevin Nash might consider that to be big news.

However, those of us that are familiar with Kevin Nash know that he's simply an outspoken person.

Kevin Nash has a brilliant mind for the business, and he's not afraid to say what he feels.

Some may view that as being disruptive. Others view it as Kevin Nash being Kevin Nash.

Contract Status

Kevin Nash's contract with TNA is expiring in October.

While he's not dissatisfied with being TNA, he is open to leaving the company.

Kevin Nash has always been open about how much money means to him in this industry.

It's not where he's greedy or anything. He's just honest about wanting to make as much money as possible while he can.

With Mick Foley (soon), Kurt Angle, Booker T, Sting, and Christian Cage on the roster, TNA can afford to let Kevin Nash leave.

Return to WWE

The door is always open for Kevin Nash to return to WWE thanks to his close relationships with both Vince McMahon and Triple H.

Aside from being good with important people in the company, Kevin Nash also has a great mind for wrestling.

That right there increases his value to WWE.

He can bring quite a bit as either a wrestler, an on-screen character, or even a writer.

Potential Role

There's rumors going around that Kevin Nash could end up returning to WWE to be Shawn Michaels' bodyguard again.

If you're thinking that they're just rehashing a gimmick and trying to recapture the magic, then you're obviously going to think that this is lame.

However, if you think of it as a way to recapture the chemistry between the two with a modern day twist, then this idea has a lot of potential.

Triple H did a superb job of making Shawn Michaels appear to be funny during this DX reunion.

Hopefully, Kevin Nash can do the same as well.

The Absolute Latest On HBK's Injury Inside Here (spoiler)

It appears Shawn Michaels suffered a triceps tear at last night's RAW tapings. The last word coming out of the tapings last night was that Shawn would still work the Unsanctioned match with Chris Jericho at the Unforgiven pay-per-view this coming Sunday.

http://www.wrestlinginc.com/news/2008/91/s...ls_341972.shtml

As posted earlier, the last word coming out of the RAW tapings last night was that Shawn Michaels was planning to work the match with Chris Jericho this Sunday. The torn triceps injury Shawn suffered last night could keep him out of action for up to six months.

One has to believe that this could be another factor in Shawn eventually retiring. He was saying at one point last year that he didn’t want to return from his knee injury and then said he was going to only work a limited schedule and now this happens. Shawn will more than likely come back from this injury but his long term future in the business is questionable.

The injury came last night when Shawn dove through the bottom rope onto Lance Cade. Michaels landed really awkward and then held his arm for the rest of the time he was out there. One observer described it as looking “pretty sick.”

Stay tuned for further details.

Austin Possibly Wrestling At 'Mania

- Reports are indicating that WWE has begun to discuss the idea of Steve Austin wrestling one more big match at Wrestlemania next year in Houston, TX. If plans for the match go through, WWE would be inducting Austin into the Hall of Fame the night before the match. This is of course NOT confirmed, and Austin has said in the past that he will only agree to a final match if the planning is to his liking.

RAW TAPING (SPOILER)

I just returned from the WWE SupersShow down at the Scottrade Center. I've been in attendance for several RAWs and a few SmackDowns that stopped off through St. Louis and this has by far been the best show-even last year's Judgment Day PPV couldn't hold a candle to tonight. So here's the rundown of the matches:

1) Dark Match Jimmy Wang Yang vs. Go Shiozaki, who was accompanied by Tony Atlas. Much like the previous week when former ROH Champ Morishima had a dark match, Shiozaki was slightly smaller, but still had the broad build. Yang would win with his moonsault finisher and there was no interference from Atlas.

Raw Spoilers

Next, we would have Lillian Garcia, Michael Cole and Jerry "The King" Lawler come out for the start of RAW. The first segment started off with Native St. Louisian Randy Orton (with his arm in a sling) running down all the current champs since his absence ( Phoenix, Marella, Rhodes/DiBiase, and Punk) on the RAW brand. It appeared Orton was shooting on Punk bringing up his indy wrestling background without naming ROH and saying that he was lucky to win the briefcase and the title, but it would not be long lasting. This brought out CM Punk who shot back and mentioned how stupid it was for him to ride his motorcycle at 3am and have a crash and that he didn't have a granddaddy and daddy who ushered him into the WWE and Punk had to work hard to get his shot in the big leagues. And Punk promised to keep the title long enough so when Orton does get cleared to wrestle they can truly see who's the better man.

Afterwards, JBL and Kane come into the ring and downgrade Punk. Kane promised that Rey Mysterio would not be appearing later tonight for the 5-Man Battle Royal Match. And finally, Batista comes out and without saying anything spears JBL, Kane, and looks at Punk and delivers another spear and takes Punk down.

There's a backstage segment involving Mike Adamle, Teddy Long, and his blonde assistant talking about showcasing both a RAW and ECW 5-Man Battle Royals to build-up the Scramble Matches at Unforgiven. In true Adamle fashion, Adamle makes an uncalled for wisecrack that this experience is synonymous with a Jerry Lewis Telethon without the sick kids (talk about the crickets chirping on this one). Then, Kane interrupts to question why Adamle booked Mysterio in the 5-Man Scramble and he says just to see if he would answer the challenge whether or not he was indeed alive or dead.

First match is John Cena...no Charlito...naw it's only Charlie Haas pretending to be Cena with all his mannerisms as well as wearing his attire and throwing his cap out to the crowd. This time he challenges Kofi Kingston and Kingston makes quick work of him with the Trouble in Paradise Spin Kick.

Rhodes and DiBiase run into Orton out in the hallway and how he's sickened that two thugs stole their belts and they haven't done anything about it. Orton then smacks Rhodes with his good hand while DiBiase holds him back. This action somehow motivates the tag team to get their belts back.

There's a 6-Diva Match featuring Katie Lea, Jillian Hall and Glamazon Beth Phoenix vs. Mickie James, Kelly Kelly and a returning Candice Michelle. Candice Michelle pins Phoenix with an inside cradle after botching a few spots after getting the hot tag.

Next match is the ECW 5-Man Battle Royal featuring Hardy, the Miz, Chavo, Finlay, and Mark Henry. Henry throws out Miz and Chavo at the same time. Finlay is thrown out next. Leaving the last two Henry and Hardy. Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate, but is reversed and Henry throws him over the top rope for the victory.

Santino Marella comes out to respond back to Orton's criticisms and stated that he will become the greatest Intercontinental Champion ever and introduces the Honk-A-Meter to display that Honkytonk Man was IC Champ for 64 weeks and although Marella has been IC Champ for 2 weeks that he could surpass the 64 weeks with no problem. He then challenges D'Lo Brown for a quick two-minute squash after Brown misses with his patented Low Down Frog Splash and Marella quickly pins him afterwards.

Jamie Noble with Layla El come out next. Noble gets on the mic while Layla sits in a chair near ringside to explain that this is his last chance to prove to her that he can beat someone in the ring for her affections. William Regal comes out to wrestle and throws Noble around and really stiffs him hard. Layla tries to look uninterested since Noble has been on a losing streak. Finally, Noble pins Regal with a small package. Layla looks shocked and walks out with Noble to imply she's still interested in him.

There's a planned tag match between Miz and Morrison vs. Cryme Tyme that never takes place because Rhodes and DiBiase attacks Shad and JTG from behind and taking back the belts and getting back their heat as well. The segment following shows the tag team walking in the back and seeing Orton showing him the belts they recovered and walking away. Orton grins with approval afterwards.

Randy Orton walks back out to the ring and watches the main event 5-Man Battle Royal. Batista is clotheslined over the top rope by Punk. Then, JBL is eliminated by Punk leaving Kane. Kane eliminates Punk. Mysterio's music hits before Kane is declared the winner and kicks at the legs of Kane and dropping him on the bottom rope to set-up the 619, but Kane moves out of the way. Rey finally hits the 619 around the ring post and Kane falls into the crowd and retreats.

Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho have a contract signing for the "Unsanctioned Match". Adamle has Lawler moderating the signing and instructs both wrestlers any physical contact will result with the match being called off. After they sign on the contracts they ask for Lawler and the security force to leave the ring so they can talk. They exchange threats about this Sunday and they told their families that they will not view their match because of the brutality. Jericho and Michaels go nose to nose, but Lance Cade tries to hit HBK from behind. And HBK hits Cade with 3 kicks to the head while Jericho backs off and watches from the ramp.

Overall, the entire auditorium looked filled there weren't that many sections of empty seats that I could see. This was the first time that I can recall in six years that St. Louis was treated to Go-Home Editions for either RAW or SmackDown. Usually that means they save all the good stuff for last to sell us the fans on the PPV to go out on a good note. And I know they did this time around. So there you have it

I watched Monday Night Raw and the Battle Royal match among CM Punk, Kane, JBL and Batista was outrageous. Imagine Batista was the first one who was out of the ring! Hehehe! And just when Kane was the only one in the ring, Rey Mysterio came out of nowhere! Bat di na lang kasi sya sumali for Christsakes?! Hehe! The match would have been more action-packed. Hehe! CM Punk was really no match to Kane. The best part of the match was that Randy Orton was watching from just outside the ring. Soooo guapo :P

Cant wait for Unforgiven this Sunday!

WWE Rocks! :thumbsupsmiley:

Gail Kim hasn't inked a deal yet with the WWE because negotiations between reps fell out... and Gail has some hesitations as of the moment that she contacted TNA prez Dixie Carter to map out plans for her to come back in case negotiations doesn't push through... also, Gail is feeling a bit guilty of what she did because of the fact that she LOVE TNA.

Si Carlito Carribean Cool.... wala na ba? Akala ko may push sa kanila ni Mr.Kennedy ang WWE when they were traded to RAW pero wala rin... balik Smackdown din sila pagkatapos ng DRAFT...

Whats up with Ron "the Truth" Killings formerly know as K-Kwik?

Carlito currently asked for a short break from performing because he was doing it nonstop for a couple of months now... if he was not on TV, he is doing house shows...

The Truth is now a member of the Smackdown roster... he won his 1st match back in the company in one the editions of the said show, and one thing, Vince wasn't too pleased on how the comeback was done. It was reported that Vince wanted more of a special/big time storyline for Killings...

Im watching the live streaming of Unforgiven right now and the match between HBK and Chris Jericho just ended. And I must say they really lived up to their 'eye for an eye' match. LOL.

HBK was hitting Jericho with a belt like a madman. Hahaha. Nice. :P

And oh, there was a twist at the end. CM Punk didnt play for the championship. It was Chris Jericho who replaced him in the scramble. The way Jericho outwitted Batista was freaking hilarious!

SI MICK FOLEY !!!

Naahhh... just because he was shouted by Vince in a Smackdown episode in his headphone that led to his bolt from the WWE (I wanted him not to be an announcer but a performer)... a history, he was negotiating on 2005 with TNA but WWE gave him a huge thing that is why he stayed with the company...

The thing with Edge in one of the Smackdown episodes was already a cue that he will be leaving the company, the thing where he was beaten hardcore style before Summerslam...
