Wyld
Gloves na gamit ko yun may kamay na yellow ba yun? Hehe.. di ko alam tatak.. though I also have nike gloves.. tutuo nga, di gano yun support nun kaya mas madalas yun hindi nike ang ginagamit kong gloves. Body Glove. Most of my shorts and gym pants are Nike. Durable and they keep their shape and last long. Shirts - just tshirts I dont wear or use for goin out anymore Its always the training shoes you gotta pay good bucks for especially if you do cross training. Quote Link to comment
Eclipseguy
If you wear shoes when training (more and more gyms internationally are allowing bare feet), be sure to make them low profile or a hard sole. Ankle and knee injuries are usually the fault of your shoes, and aerobic based training is responsible for the most injuries in training, hands down. Good choices are Otomyx, wrestling shoes, or Converse All stars, or aqua socks. In contrast, the bulkier or more cushioned the shoe, the more dangerous it is. Quote Link to comment
guile1912
I'VE TRIED NIKE AND BODY GLOVE. ACTUALLY, PAREHO KO NA NASIRA YAN. PARANG KULANG SA SUPPORT PAREHAS. YUNG PANG HEAVY DUTY NG NIKE NA MAY WRIST STRAPS AY MASYADONG MANIPIS. YUNG SA BODY GLOVE PARANG MATATANGGAL KAPAG SOBRANG BIGAT NA YUNG BUHAT MO. FOR A CASUAL WORK OUT, PWEDE NA YUNG DALAWA. PERO KAPAG SUPER BIGAT, I SUGGEST YOU DONT USE THOSE. I USE GOLD'S GYM N SHORTS, WLA LNG, SIMPLE AND COOL LANG ANG MGA DESIGNS NILA. AND JUST A REGULAR SANDO PERO MEDYO CUT YUNG BACK. Google
kung sa gloves lang paguusapan, ang pinaka durable na nagamit ko is yung harbinger.... may wrist support pa. Quote Link to comment

Quote Link to comment
