maksi
i have two types of gym wear: for upper body: cargo shorts so i can bring my straps, PPC so i can log my progress, iPod and wrist supports with me. no need to go back to my locker to get it. long sleeved shirts with tank underneath. if i'm sweating na, i'll remove it para makapresko naman . for lower body: old school shorts ie. like running shorts with cycling shorts as support and long sleeved shirts also to heat me up in a jiffy.
