mahal ng underarmour and nike. kung tutuusin pwede ka magpagawa sa binondo ng sarili mong design mas mura pa rin labas kaysa sa nike or underarmour. medyo nakapagcanvas ako ng practice jersey. mga 1k lang ang isa. yung original from adidas mas mahal lang ng konti. pero yung ibang tops ng underarmour nasa 2k+ for long sleeves medyo nahihinayang ako. shoes pwede pa. underarmour gamit ko pang HIIT.

Shorts lang and sando. Or tshirt na hindi sobrang sikip na hirap ka makagalaw or sobrang luwag na sagabal na sa pagwoworkout. In short yung komportable at makakakilos ka ng maayos. And regarding sa shoes, if you are planning on doing deadlifts, squats, overhead presses avoid running shoes. Mas ok kung flat and incompressible ung soles. Mas magiging stable ang buhat mo pramis.

Better if nakatapak pa nga ata. Hehe. Or use chucks. Flat kasi soles nun.

though i must agree na wla sa brand or damit yan.. pero one of of motivating ourselves to workout even more is to buy those quite expensive outfits.. mapipilitan ka kasi sayang eh.. kelangan gamitin..

besides, sabi nga ng kasama ko. mas ok din mag workout pag medyo confident ka.. lalo na raw pag orig at mganda ang suot mo.. dagdag confidence din yun..

but again pareho nmn tama.. at the end of the day.. panalo ka pa rin pag nag workout ka.. pag may budget e d branded pag wala e d kung ano lang pwede basta angkop at comfortable...

yung LP hindi na masyado kumakagat yung velcro after a couple of years pero baka iba yung iyo kasi yung akin walang wrist guards.

pinakamaganda para sakin harbinger sa JB sports siya nabibili. meron ako yung may wrist guards pero d ko na ginagamit ang init kasi. kakabili ko lang nung walang wrist guards.
