does wearing compression shirts and leggings help reduce muscle hyper extending during work out?

 

I mean nakaka tulong ba ito or porma lang?

Yep it does! (surprisingly)

 

I used to run just wearing shorts/ jogging pants. I always feel my legs are fatigued after 5K and above runs.

But when I started running with compression leggings, na nawala yung fatigue. Admittedly I brought mine pang porma lang initially :P pero it works.

 

Same with Kinesio Tapes. (pero you have to know where to apply it)

I will definitely try wearing compression leggings the next time i run and do cardio

 

I usually use long compression socks and compression cycling shorts underneath my shorts

 

any recommended brand of compressions? is the one from addidas a good buy? It is cheaper than the one in nike
