messersmith Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 1.) sa province ng mother at father ko sa iloilo at bacolod...ung parang nilagang baboy na may langka at batwan ba tawag doon ung bilog na maliliit na kulay itim na parang munggo...la paz batchoy, inasal na manok...ung parang tinolang manok na pinakuluan sa dahon ng tanglad yun nga lang alang papaya, saka ung manok na may sahog na ubod ng saging, saka ung dinuguan nila na may halong langka na di hinog 2.) sa ilokos naman ung parang tinolang manok na ang pinaka gulay mo yung dahon ng malunggay, dinuguan nila masarap din na alang sabaw, papaitan 3.) sa bulacan naman ung sinigang na baboy or bangus sa bayabas, Lugaw tokwat baboy ng bahay pawid sa malolos, inihaw na bangus, tilapia, hito 4.) ung kilawing kambing di ko alam kung saan nag originate 5.) basta madami pa di ko na malista dito....
