ChinitoSan
I prefer house and lot. Condominiums have association dues tha have to be paid monthly. para ka parin naghuhulog ng renta. Quote Link to comment

akiboy
condo for security reasons. mahitap din makakuha these days ng maids na mapafkakatiwa;aan.mga thieves nfayun naka motor or getaway car with guns Quote Link to comment
Spades
I prefer house and lot kesa condo... sa house and lot normally pataas nang pataas ang value nang lupa at bahay... sa condo after 50 years magkakaroon nang forum whether pwede pa yung building or not... if not then kahit d ka agree basta 50% plus nang tenants ang pumayag pwede i-demolish eto o ibenta... whether mabalik mo yung capital mo e depende sa quality nang building nyo or sa lupa na tinatayuan nito... risk reward ratio sa house and lot pa din ako.... hamtaro
currently may hinuhulugan akong house and lot. at first talaga gusto ko condo but nung nag-inquire nako about condo madaming bawal at ang pinaka di ko nagustuhan is yung after 50 years di na sayo yung unit though sabi nung isang agent na kausap ko na yung inoofer nilang condo yung mga owner sa condominium may shares na makukuha after nung 50 years. kaya for me maganda pa rin house and lot kasi habang tumatagal nagaa-appreciate sya. mirana123
Condo would only be good for single and careerdriven individuals. In the long run it is better to have a house of your own. I hope i get my own Quote Link to comment

r35gtr
Currently kasi the price of House and Lot is very expensive sa good areas like QC, Makati, Paranaque, etc. etc. kadalasan ang affordable na lugar na lang ay yung flood prone areas and yung malalayo sa city center like Cavite, bulacan, rizal. Kung may budget ka and kaya mo bumili sa prime areas, house and lot na. pero kung hindi kaya, condominium na lang Quote Link to comment

monsiflor
Condo pag temporary pero house and lot padin longterm.as may freedom kasi pag house and lot. Quote Link to comment
p-colossus
House and Lot. With condos, you're more of a developer's shareholder because you don't really own the land you're occupying. Houses and Lots you own what's your house is on. But of course it also depends on what you need and where you live. Quote Link to comment
Genesis_MD
House & Lot. Pero kung hindi kaya ng budget at single pa - condo. Quote Link to comment
