rinaldhi
siyempre house and lot. Mas mahal sa umpisa pero at least wala nang monthly upkeep Quote Link to comment
geronimonster
House and lot pa din talaga, you have enough space to do alot of things. With condos all you're paying for is air, which will eventually de demolished after a couple of decades. Quote Link to comment

Juan1
Sa mahal na ng lupa di ko na kaya ang House and lot. Townhouse na lang. Quote Link to comment
archie99
prefer ko rin house and lot. pero diba ang setting ngayon eh pag bumili ka house and lot eh parang rights lang yung binili mo, yung lupa sa may-ari pa rin pero yung bahay iyo. sa subdivision lang ba ang ganito setting or kahit sa labas, say isang townhouse or house and lot sa province. deepdiverboy
Condos are well-marketed products for schmucks who like to feel they're all that. Pag wala kang lupa at bahay, you really have strayed so far from the basics. Land, air, a place to stroll and let kids play, lots of greenery... these are things no condo can provide, even with a communal area for jogging and such. Sila Zobel ba, tingin niyo titira sa condo for long term? Inde. But they sure sell a lot of these to the consuming masses. Quote Link to comment
