Condo.  Kasi mas cool mga tao. I like befriending one person per resort condo sa village namin.  I have 2 buddies and we share the amenities.  So I offer them  my resort's fishing harbour, one would offer his resort's tennis courts, and the other, my newest buddy, would offer his sky pool and golf course.   Walang ganyan sa bahay.

Sa bahay, basic dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom.  Yun lang.

Sa condo, if you are being smart about it, you can enjoy not only your amenities but neighbors' unique amenities as well.

There is way more fun in the condos and that is why they are more expensive per square meter.  But because the amenities' cost are shared by all homeowners, it becomes an affordable cost for having all the amenities.   And then, you parlay it with neighbor friend's amenities and it becomes a no-brainer.

I would normally say house & lot all the way but this is a very interesting way to think about it.
