kerrmit
MAN, the things i have to through with this bank! A Marketing Staff has top be one of the best trained person in any organization especially when it comes to dealing with customers. This one's the exception. I need an update on my loan and she keeps telling me that she will call back.. she never does! Putsa, I have to be the one to keep on calling and calling just to get one single piece of information. Damn. And now, when i called her up, umuwi na daw.. This bank is pure hell.. Quote Link to comment
kerrmit
Now she's telling me that another account officer is handling my account! Alright.. Ayuz na naman.. And that fact would have been quite useful had i been told days ago!!! And now, im trying to get through to that AO. She's on another line daw. Will return my call daw.. Must have been some phone call, it's almost an hour already. Sheez, this is turning out to be one long story after another. DApat pala noon ko pa inumpisahan itong kwento, baka 100 pages na itong thread. Quote Link to comment
kerrmit
Ok, after more than a dozen phone calls, i just found out that the info i needed lacked the supervisor's signature. And the guy took almost a day to sign it. Result? I got the info after the cutoff period. Which means it's basically useless to me now and i have to wait till next monday to act on that info. Lousy, lousy PSBank.. Quote Link to comment

rongo
The slowest service for me is BPI. No matter how long the line is they will only open 3 tellers. The best service I experienced is at iBank. Quote Link to comment

chancepassenger30
I have yet to experience a bank that offers exemplary service for their "customers". Kahit ako ang depositor o kahiht ako ang magloloan. bankers and people who work in banks (that i have met) have been arrogant, lazy, stupid pricks. All that time spent inside the bank smelling money must have deprived oxygen from their brains because their service is terrible (long lines sa tellers...they wont even add tellers even if the lines are already up to the entrance of the bank), they only follow up with you if you owe them money or if they want you to put money in their bank, their own tellers dont know the offers their bank have. tapos wala man lang customer satisfaction survey sa mga banks dito. worst of the bunch:1. BPI - arrogant pricks from top to bottom2. Citibank - mga mukhang pera3. AIG - mga manloloko, bad customer service as well Quote Link to comment

emem13
ask lang me ng favor, meron po ba kayong alam na bank na ang requirement ay dalawang ID's lang to open a new savings account with them?ok lang kung lousy service, beggars can't be choosy which i think it's a lot of bull. sila na nga makikinabang sa customer, nagbibigay pa ng hard time. not unless na may specific banking law na requirement ang tatlong ID's,meron ba?
