Sinipa ko ng pabiro yung kaibigan ko sa tuhod nang mahina lang, parang back kick pero sa unahan ng tuhod ung target (feeling ko talaga mahina lang yun) . Ayun nadislocate ko yung tuhod nya hahaha. Naprincipal tuloy ako. Effective siguro yung ganung sipa pang self defense. Probably ARB (Armeyskiy Rukopashniy Boy) o yun Cossack fist fighting. Had a fellow Aikido learner during Master Omar Camar’s healthy years who demonstrated some ARB moves during our spar sessions.
