Build A Model Body!

Recommended Posts

Oh yea...and DJ25, if you try to delete that photo on your friendster, I already saved it and I'll post it on the Eclipse website if I have to....in order to show everyone exactly who fights us on the advice we give.

I can't believe I wasted that much time fighting with you. I must admit, that you indeed fooled me into thinking you might actually work out.

So are you done misleading people now that everyone knows that you are not one to give advice?

Can we move on now to serious questions answered by REAL models and athletes?

Seriously. You got us. We actually thought you might have something...ANYTHING that might give you credibility. We were wrong. :goatee:

i think this will be my final argument with you guys and i really enjoyed myself.

And uh...I don't recall insulting someone who asked a simple question. If you read carefully, the only people I engaged into a debate were those who were attempting to mislead others. If you'll go back 1-2 pages, you'll see how DJ25 ADMITTED that he doesn't care about the advice he gives and doesn't care about those to whom he gives advice. In the case of Andrean48, he is a misled kid who refuses to open his mind to the fact that the AFPP exists for BIG BUSINESS. Those two give advice and cannot take a rebuttal. Again, Andrean48 is a kid with minimal experience, and DJ25 is just some guy in the gym who gives advice that is not meant to make the person better, since again, he admitted that he doesn't care. And we're the bad ones?

i'll just give you the definition of what an advice is. it is something that you give recommendation to somebody. when someone asked you proper body mechanics in lifting and you give them a proper posture that's already an advice. the reason why i don't care if they will follow it or not is because i'm not a gym owner or instructor and they are not my trainees. why should i waste my time monitoring their progress because i was not paid for it. do you get my point, this is just common sense.

dj25, I do not get why you expect us to give such cmplicated answers. Anyone will know that a good coach will make complicated things simple. Now, if you just want to exchange verbal quips, we're not getting anywhere here and in fact it is getting really boring already. Why do you continue to argue when you already admitted you have ZERO CLINETS, YOU DON'T WORK IN A GYM AND YOU HAVEN'T PRODUCED ANY RESULTS FOR ANYONE?" It doesn't make sense. We have paid our dues in both training ourselves and clients and producing results and results don't lie.

i want a complicated answer because i can't find something in the net that is very specific to answer my question. it's always in general form i can't interpret it. that's my i ask you how this works since you practice this already. i already stated that i used the old fashion way of fitness and i want to try new things. ZERO CLIENTS, YOU DON'T WORK IN A GYM AND YOU HAVEN'T PRODUCED ANY RESULTS FOR ANYONE?" again this is just common sense, if i don't work in a gym surely i will have no clients, i will not produced results. this is not my bread and butter. now if you can answer my previous post regarding HIIT, i will surely appreciate it.

Any decent strength coach is willing to answer some questions here and there but most draw the line whe guys actually ask for programs to be made. It is also unfair on the part of the coach that if he trains someone online the same way he does his clients, as his clients help put food on their table.

i did not anticipate this since according to your post, you are willing to give advice to people reading this thread to change the routine of their work out program.

You already admitted that you don't care about the advice you give, don't follow it yourself, and you don't care if it is wrong. Game over.

who said that i don't use what i said here. i maybe lazy sometimes but definitely i follow what i say. like you said isolation is a myth i must agree with you because at that time i was thinking of rehab since the topic at that time is strengthening which we initially do to increase the strength of our patients. but then again this is fitness which is entirely different from rehab.

Don't forget where he admitted that he gives advice that he, himself, doesn't practice, and also how he admitted that he doesn't care about what happens to the people he advises :P

again, this is another common sense, you do not expect me to monitor another person going into the gym because this is not my bread and butter unlike you guys. this is how you put food to your table.

hehehehehehhehehehe... yeah yeah yeah... some of us have to work for a living and not work out as a means of living you know... yes bodd, will have the figures by sunday night...

your right equus, i don't work in this kind of situation for a living unlike EG and OLYM.

That would be like a doctor who doesn't care if his clients get well or not.

why do you compare me for a doctor? again this is another common sense, a doctor makes his living by giving advice to his patients. like you, you give good programs and advice to your client to make a living. again, i'm not affiliated in any gym.

Oh yea...this is DJ25: http://www.friendster.com/photos/5143424/292287252#5 Model body eh? I'll let everyone be the judge....

My case is closed.

EG, i must say, your using your resources very good. you really take some time to search at friendster to look at my profile, i'm really an interesting person, don't you think? i applaude you for that. don't you think my baby is cute. his name is DJ, that's where i get my name. his turning 2 this august and if you like your invited and OLYM as well. do you know, when was that picture taken? i will give you a background of my profile coz it seems that your interested in me.

i started working out in the gym when i was 20 y/o which was ON and OFF and there are years that i missed it a lot. at this time, i again started my work out which is 1 month ago. i did not gain that much weight because like what i've said it's ON and OFF to the gym. now, that picture was taken last year, at that time, i completely left the gym because of busy work and playing with my kids. now, i'm starting all over again to regain what i have about about 7 years ago. by the way i'm 28 y/o. At that time, i have not really good body but for me it's already okay. if you want to post it in your website, why not, it will give me publicity. anyway, what i've posted here is based on the medical literature that i've read and studied at school. like what i've said, the theories that i have was the old school. unlike in your gym which is something new and different.

i was asking about HIIT coz i want to break that habit.

anyway, i really enjoyed my time in this thread. but don't think that this is the end of me.

do i expect a private investigator at my place since you seemed passionate about me.

hehehehehehehe

before i forgot,

having a beautiful body is good, but being smart and knowledgeable is better.

And thank God that we are all gifted with the capacity to learn. However, it is sad that there are indidivuals in this world who let their pride take over and they choose to be dumb.

Back to topic....

I posted the HIIT link, scrol back as there is an FAQ there in the HIIT link I posted. All you have to do is backread, click the HIIT link and you have everything you need to know there. I do hope that wouln't be too difficult for you to do... Or do I still have to spoonfeed it to you?

if you don't mind, please post it here again. it's hard to backtrack since we are now on page 67.

also, i forgot to include "HAVING COMMON SENSE".

to olym and eg, you gave me a good challenge in this thread. for now, i'm more motivated to continue my work out so that in the near future i can readily accept your challenge. give me three to six months time and i will accept your challenge. i hope this thread is still alive during those time.

with regard to my question on the wide and narrow bench press.

i agree with eclipse that there is no such thing as an outer and inner pectorals. this is the common misconception that when you do narrow bench press you triggered the inner pecs. the pectoral muscles consisted of pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. you will have the cleavage thing if you have fully developed this muscles. the narrow bench press targets mainly the triceps, although your delts also helps to finish the exercise, because at this time your pectorals are in full contraction and is on active insufficiency state.

again, this is based on anatomy and muscle physiology. your criticism again is welcome for us to debate.

the next question will be, what's the difference between incline, flat, and decline bench press?

So, is it like a PT administering a quiz or a recitation in a high school class where EG and Olympus are students?!

DJ25 -

You have to remember that, whether or not you are receiving payment for your advice, another human being might really respect your advice and take it seriously. If they are hurt mentally or physically because of your advice (when it could have been reasonably avoided) or your advice wastes their time or money, you must accept responsibility for the outcome. It is your duty either as a medical professional (physical therapist) or simply just as an individual who should strive to help his fellow man.

To say that you don't care about what happens to them, just because they are not "officially" your clients, is just...in-human and morally wrong. :(

I'll get to these questions later, since I have an article to write about external rotators and training around an injury for athletes.

sir misteryoso, i think he sends pm because napag sabihan siya ni Ms Wyld to settle all arguments outside the thread... so he started doing that...

also, Dj also shows her arguments with EG in the therad so they are both guilty.

Posting the friendster account has no relevance to being gay at all... he was trying to point out that it was unnecessary to argue with a person who is utterly lack luster in terms of fitness. I do agree that it seemed a bit weird that he had to do it... not gay, more like childish.

An furthermore, what the hell is this post? we are suppose to be talking about model bodies and how to achieve them... another person attacking the persona of another forum member is not helping... what's that for? i thought that this was all settled...

In any case, In reference to the incline flat and decline bench, im still using the weider and schwarzenegger practice which is addressing the upper, mid and lower pecs... pecs is pecs though... i guess the difference in the angles will be the stress on the accessory muscles that is related to the particular angle/position.. ive noticed that in incline, shoulders are more stressed... decline, triceps are more stressed... flat bench, it seems more even out... thats my observation..

My purpose for posting the identity of DJ25 was to remind him that we are all accountable for our actions, and we can always be made held accountable if we can be found.

Suddenly I'm invited to the party of his baby and he is speaking to myself and Olympus in a more adult-like manner and it appears that he wants to discuss training principles...and even has been seemingly inspired to get into the best shape of his life...so it must have worked in some form of positive manner :thumbsupsmiley:

The difference in bench press angles:

Incline: To shift emphasis to the triceps, anterior delts, and (to a lesser degree) the pecs.

Flat: More emphasis on the pecs, with less on the triceps and anterior delts, yet they still come strongly into play.

Decline: Most emphasis on the pectoralis major with minimal emphasis on the anterior delts. The lats come into play more and help with leverage during the lift.

This is not the description given by "Muscles Alive!", but I'm trying to keep this discussion at a "forum level" (plus my wrists are tired ^_^ )

For the best frontal body developement, I prefer to recommend a priority on standing military press and then parallel bar dips (once you are advanced with your bench press) while keeping the elbows close to the body. This minimizes the risk of rotator cuff impringement and creates the "male gymnast" look with respect to overall maximal muscular development.
