How Do You Keep Yourself Young

get lots of sleep. you can eat whatever you like but in moderation, especially those with high cholesterol and calories. tried going to the gym but it's so hard to find an inexpensive gym in makati that will really guide you to getting in shape. anybody knows where i can enroll in makati area that's not as expensive as fitness first or golds gym?

matulog ng maaga, gumising ng maaga

iwasan mag isip ng sobra

pag nasangkot sa misunderstanding huwag hayaan na gumamit ng emosyon COOL ka lng

lging mag exercise

mag spa 2x a week lalo na kung sobrang pagod sa work

at ang pinaka da best..., HAVE SEX REGULARLY

Sleep >>> exercise >>>drink lots of water ( chaser )  >> > GOOD SEX !!! :P

 

Hmmm... I bet you're only doing the last one you've mentioned... Hehehe...

 

Me... Enuff sleep as much as possible, drink MILK on morning and before going to bed, drink lot's of juices during the day and eat plenty of fruits and lastly....

 

 

Aheeeemm... Lot's of SEXXXXXXXXXXXXXX........ :evil: :evil: :evil:
