How Do You Keep Yourself Young

Less stress

Good hydration

Less to no make-up

No chemical peels on the face

Smile a lot (oh not just to the point that I look crazy)

Kick ass from time to time

Active lifestyle

 

Those are the things that I can come up with off the top of my head

Young grass for horses like us...he he...plus, exercise and great eating habits...

1) Drinking at least 2.5 liters (ave) of water per day

2) Sweating from head to toe everyday thru running

3) Sex with younger girls than my age

4) Include green veggies in every meal

5) Take natural Malunggay leaves (boiled) drink at least 3 times a day

6) Forgive other people who had offended you so that you will have Peace of Mind

7) Have an honest to goodness Sauna dip at least once per week this include into a hot pool made up of herbal (like ginseng)

I am a follower of the 3S.

 

1. Sports - I run 4 times a week, go to the gym twice a week and swim at least once a week.

2. Sleep - i make sure that i get good sleep every night. 6 hours is good enough.

3. Sex - c'mon guys, we need this to keep us healthy, and sane.Trust me. And please, selfies and self service (aka masturbating) dont fall in thia category. Well, kung wala talaga, ut"s better than nothing. LOL!

 

Some other things I do.

-drink plenty of water. I do at least three liters of water everyday.

And lastly, for heaven's sake, laugh!

I think healthy life style. Dapat, magkakain ng gulay and use Himalayan salt or sea salt to replenish yung pangangailangan ng katawan natin for trace minerals. Mas maganda rin na magjuice ng gulay tapos iyon ang iinumin para buhay na buhay ang mga enzymes niya.

Sa food I limit softdrinks and chips intake. Greens from time to time.
