i sleep late. .. and enjoy alot of things.

i eat ng tamang tama. (unlike before. that made me fat.)

i play badminton

enjoy meeting different people in in different walks of life

be with my loved ones that makes me feel happy each day.

iwas stress kung di rin lang kaylangan lalo pag tao ang nang iistress saken.

proper hygiene, and beauty regimen. (syempre)

 

and pinaka important,

to be KID AT HEART. im 23. pero sabi ng partner ko, para parin daw ako 17yo.

pareho nung mga unang days na nagkakilala kame.

i dunno but i do look young. always mistaken for 27 or 28 year old but im actually older. feels good.

 

guess cause im always smiling thats why i look and feel young.

Before going out and put make-up, i put sunscreen first kasi UV can cause wrinkles e

 

Just like Audrey Hepburn's way to avoid wrinkles.. i sleep on my back,kasi mabigat ang ulo kaya pag natulog ka ng nakatagilid nagkakaron ng pressure sa face. pero minsan hindi maiwasan tumagilid pag sobrang pagod.

 

Patting face is better than rubbing.

You are lucky if you are one of the people on earth who had inherited the genes of your parents who endowed that "young looking" attributes. Perhaps, and I'd say that, I am one of them. But I still have to do the usual regimen that anyone usually practice - having a positive outlook in life. Plain and simple.
