Fat Burners And Diet Pills

I am taking it every morning 30 mins before breakfast and 30 mins before lunch.

 

Mahina tolerance ko sa caffeine kaya apektado ng husto tulog ko.. sinubukan ko rin taasan ng dosage yung tine-take pero mejo namanhid ako.. kaya 2 capsules lang ako per day..

 

 

GANO KATAGAL NYO NA PO SYANG TINA TAKE?

me nakapagtake na po ba d2 ng lipo6?? hindi pa kasi ako nakakapagtry magsupplements para sa weightloss.. buong buhay ko kasi nagpapagain ako ng bigat... im 5'11 inches nagstart ako magweights 145 lbs after 4 years e 215 lbs na po ako... now lahat sila sinasabi i looked like a monster already kaya im planning to tone down my weight.... kaya po tanong ko lang kung safe ba tong lipo6????

L-carnithine works well for my friends..a colleague of mine lose 16 lbs in 3 week time period..a close friend cut 20 lbs already..in just 2 box equivalent of 10 vials l-carnithine..

got my bottle of lipo6 black lfrom cash and carry..lets see what happen....

pg nagtake kba ng lipo6 it means na dpat kang mg workout?

or kailangn pagpawisan?

 

any side effects? like pimples? anything na naexperience m?

ask ko lang mga experts. I would like to seriously go to the gym. I have been working out at home pero I think it's not enough. I just want to tone and shape my muscles and have a fit and healthy body. I'm not overweight naman and my BMI is just about borderline. I haven't measured my body fats yet. Do you think taking these fat burners will help me reach my goal faster (I'm partifularly interested with Lipo 6 black)? Safe ba i take tong Lipo 6 along with other protein supplements and multivitamins? salamat po.

Eating habits:

Breakfast: Sustagen Premium + Egg/Ham Sandwich + 1 cap Rogin E

Snack 1: Coffee + Oatmeal cookies

Lunch: Tuna Sandwich or 1 rice + beef or chicken + banana or apple

Snack 2: Coffee + Oatmeal cookies or tuna sandwich

Dinner: half cup rice + veggies/meat

Before bedtime: 1 glass non fat milk

 

Training routine: I just started gym today. Cardio daw muna ako for one week (3x a week). Then next week na daw weights training sabi nung instructor.

 

Anyway. I will not take any fat burner or diet pills muna and I'll see kung ok response ng body ko sa training routine. Do you think ok lang po diet ko? or do you think I need extra supplements like protein formula/crea etc?

and you need to lift weights to build muscle and speed up your metabolism.. where do you workout btw??

sir what do you recommend as meal replacement for my snacks (protein shake or bars)? Also other diet or meal plan that you can recommend, very much appreciate it. I work out here in Citibank tower Makati. Our office is also located in this building so very convenient for me. Thanks.

If you can take out the cold cuts, the oatmeal cookies and eat real oatmeal instead and add more vegetables and lean chicken and fish, you'll be ok

 

how about your training routine?? can you list it down??
