Supreme energy rush due to the caffein kick. Appetite loss also due to the caffein. Well, these effect eventually subsided in my case after 2 weeks when I think my body becomes tolerant with the stimulants present in this product. And yeah, I feel it helped me go the the bathroom more than usual.

tsaka maganda sya inumin 30min. before your first meal sa morning, tsaka yung 2nd is 30min. before workout

para may extra boost ka, wag mo lang iinumin near bedtime(dapat ata atleast 6 hours before sleep ang huling inom mo)

kasi para ka ngang ng take ng coffee na madami so yung iba nagkakaproblem sa pagtulog

ako din..di ako tinatablan nung before bedtime na nakainom ako..basta pagod ka from workout, knockout ka pa din nun, ang gigising lang sa iyo yung ppag CR mo :D

fat burners are just supplements, di tlaga siya ang magiging dahilan para maging ripped katawan natin.makakatulong pero di pang mabilisan.kc pag nag titake ng fat burners its still required to have a healthy diet. kaya i dont believe much in fat burners. better take other supplements like whey / creatine which helps in muscle growth. the more muscles you have the less fats and muscles help in keeping tha fat away..

.....Protien ang kailangan. correct, dapat kumain ng meat pero d dapat ung mga matataba.

 

 

2. Mataba ka ba na gusto mo mag bawas ng timbang at gumanda ang katawan?

 

 

.....correct, diet ang kailangan. karamihan sa atin ganito. mkakatulong ang fat burner sa paglusaw ng fats. pero

Partiall correct but not totally. Total calories are far more important than protein alone. The human body can repair/build muscle tissue even on 50 grams of protein provided there are enough calories taken in since the human body can form complete proteins found in amino acids in other foods.

 

Further, muscle s 75% water and just 25% protein

Diet is primary. I have actually seen at least 20 people over the past year lean out and shed a lot fo fat just by proper dieting alone and just doing strength training. Cardio done in the traditional aerobic fashion is not the best tool in burning fat.

pinsan ko tried and tested yan super effective pati kapitbahay nila ang lake pumayat talaga...ayun ngayon pumayat nga naging sakitin naman pti nung pumayat wala na , kain lang ng kain ulit pati walang strenght training kaya may sagging skin sila...nagpapalpitate din daw sila pagnagtake nito...kaya wag na lang...ako kahit malaking tao ayoko itry kase nakakatakot kaya pag nakarecover na ako balik strenght train ako...
