Used to, but they keep dying no matter how I take care of them, so I stopped.

Do not lose hope, try tilapia and hito, matibay yan.

Dapat malaki ang fish tank mo.  You should let the water stand for 3 days (to detoxify the chlorine) before putting in the fish.

I'm kinda interested in this kind of hobby. Do you have any tips for beginners like me?

Just like what the others said:

 invest on a good filter

Dont overcrowd your fishes, follow a simple rule like 1” each of fish per gallon. (For small fishes only like tetras, guppies, danios)

start with cheap hardy fishes like danios

research on what are the correct steps in changing water

water is literally the life of your fishies

Also i recommend on starting with a 15-20 gallon tank

research a fish before buying
