Dr Who Special -- Waters of Mars(any Dr Who fans out there? ) Dr Who (A Time Lord/Time Traveller) shows up in Mars in 2059, where Earth's very first Colonists where setting up a base on Mars. The Colonists were very surprised to see another Human on Mars aside from them. So they were speculating who he is and where he's from. One girl said "I bet its the Philippines.
