[Simple Jay]

Meron pala nito dito, I'm dirtybluesplayer of Philmusic nga pala. I'm only a hobbyist, but I have some high end gear. Any gearheads here?

Hirap sabihin ng philmusic account dito hahaha well anyways. Also a gear head here pero still no high end gear though, mostly entry/mid level but with upgrades

 

As for my influences: Slash, Zakk Wylde, Dimebag Darell, Gary Holt, a little bit of BB King.

 

Still wanting to learn more techniques to improve my playing as well

I have a Maison Black Beauty Les Paul Custom, loaded with Seymour Duncan 59 Trembucker bridge pups and Duncan Designed neck pups. Also have an 80s Fender Squire Strat, black, HSS config, with GFS and DD pups.

 

Using a blackstar practice amp at home.

 

Also im using Dunlop wah, Boss Dual OD, Joyo US Dream, Mooer Ana Echo and Zoom MG50G for effects.

anyways, ang gear ko sobrang minimal kagaya ng skills ko. Ibanez RG-350M at Vox VT20+. covered na ng kit ko lahat ng gusto kong tugtugin.

Who studied music theory here? Kahit self study lang? Yung tipong notation reading talaga. What materials can you suggest? Or majority here plays by ear or tabs?

with regards to this, try mo metal method by doug marks. medyo may presyo ang downloads niya pero tumino talaga ang playing ko. at kung tututukan mo talaga ang mga practice sessions mo ay malayo talaga ang mararating mo.

Hey try the Samick greg bennett line! Very cheap and feels great!

It's good kung hind ka maarte. I've used real SD's, fender CS, texas specials, and what not. Ive also used cheap china knockoff stock pups.. You can really bring out both terrible and decent tones from any of it. Samick greg bennets sit in the middle. The higher end greg bennets, the ones with "3" and up sa model names for example, have amazing sounding Duncan designed pups.

ok kung tunog duncan para malalim. iyong gamit medyo mataas sa treble and mids. halatang designed for soloing. kailangan ko pang guluhin ang amp eq para ma-balance ang mids. salamat sa payo.

any luthiers in the house? need advice on removing glue from the bridge as well as the acoustic guitar body. lifted the bridge by myself, now trying to replace it by gluing directly to the guitar top, minus the lacquer finish.
