Mac Users Of Mtc (apple: Go Ahead, Take A Bite!)

Recommended Posts

^i have the same speculation din sa mga bagong mac lineup na lumabas, ganda lang tingnan kasi ang nipis pero dami ko din narinig na potential na topak. Hindi warranted yung price nya. I settled for an older and second hand MBP (late 2008) pero upgraded parts, got it from abroad and bought it from a seller online for a steal price and it has served me well as far as my post processing is concerned.

Did you guys see the new stuff they presented? Cool.

I like the Macbook (formerly Macbook Air) coz it's so tiny but no other ports, for obvious reasons. And the color too!

I just checked it now and wow ha, pinalaking macbook air tapos binago lang ang kulay  appealing yung 8gb built-in RAM pero medyo deal breaker yung absence ng conventional ports. Eng eng lang siguro bibili neto

So ako na eng eng? :P

But thank you for highlighting.

I just really need to give up my MBP. Ang bigat e.

And I love the color so yes eng eng here :)

ngek, dont take it the personal way.

And to think I got it as second hand for 30K+ lang 2 years ago. Still serves me well up until this day for my designing needs.

30k?! Ang mahal. Sana you just bought mine. Sold for 20k.

I usually change every two years but with your long explanation I might reconsider postponing :)

Thanks and nothing personal taken against you.

:)

Sa singapore ko pa kasi binili yun and that was 2 years ago pa. It was in a very good condition and considering upgraded na yung HDD (SATA not SSD) at RAM I figured it was a steal. Kung tutuusin natawaran ko pa nga yun kasi the seller posted it as 40K pa. It's not retina pero it's a MBP so who wouldn't want that di ba? hirap kaya maghanap ng MBP na ganun.

Still have the non retina mbp because it's upgradable. Swapped the cdrom with an hdd carrier, removed the hdd, and installed 2 ssds. Plus upgraded the ram to 16gb. That's the office based laptop. I also have macbook since I also need to be mobile at times.

The specs are obviously not mbp grade, but for on the go work, the new MacBook is a good laptop.

My wife used to think my Macbook Pro is a waste of money. Hirap daw gamitin etc. Blah blah, like every windows users afraid of change.

Now, nasira na totally yung Acer aspire na binili nya around 2011 and she's using my MBP on her work (Virtual Assistant)

Ngayon gusto na nya arborin. Bumili na lang daw ako ng bago for me.

Bought might early 2010 btw. Problema lang battery cause it can only last now around max 2 hours.
