I don't think you can change the icons on the menu screen. Sempre, SE made it but you may try creating your own theme & change the icons

 

I've already downloaded more than a hundred themes for my phone and even created one but the icons itself are not changeable :cool:

you can change the icons. the hardcore call it modding. you have to buy some software to get into the OS, change the icons, change the layout, et al.
