DROYALE Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 my OJT was a bit different,we were a group of friends who set-up our own Corporate Social Responsibility venture.We asked our professors and school admins to approve of this as our OJT credits.what we did was create a sustainable program for public school literacy to be adapted initially by one school and can be adopted by others.It has since grown and is operational until today  hope this inspires others to do the same, OJTs need not be in big-name companies, you could start your own with your friends.just show the school you have the vision of what you want to do, the drive to make it happen, and the passion to make it sustainable  hope this helps -D Quote Link to comment
