Here's one, was in Hawaii for work this past weekend from the 3rd to the 5th. Anyway Honolulu was supposed to be the last scheduled concert of Kitchie Nadal's US Same Ground tour. Since I was there I had called the number her official website had provided, since the venue was TBA, anyway I was given the response her concert there was cancelled. Oh well?

My flight out to get back to Guam was on the 6th, Continental Airlines Flight 001 bound for Guam-Manila. Boarding time was around 2:50 pm. I may not have been able to go to the concert, but there strumming her guitar was Ms. Kitchie herself in the company of her fellow bandmates, and road manager. I introduced myself and got to talk to her, I had neither a digicam nor something at least for an autograph. I did share some "aloha" though, should any one out there know her, ask her how that Ani's Sweet homemade TARO bread taste? Oh so ono it broke da mout. SHAKA!
