swalowswithart
1. Hongkong- if ur a shopaholic & a lover of night market, this is one of the places to go, kung tamad kau maglakad... then mapapagod kau sa HK. 2. South Korea- they have good hotels even ung mga 3-stars lang, but ul have difficulty asking for infos or directions coz they're not well-versed in english. 3. Taiwan- want to see the tallest building so far? then go to Taipei, ung biggest mall nila, 12 floors... imagine that? 4. China- sobrang laki ng land area (Shenzhen) pero puro commercial buildings lng, if you want neon lights, tourist spots or night market, di masyado ok d2. But the goods here are cheaper compared to HK. Quote Link to comment

Anaheim
Places that I have visited so far 1. Singapore - July 1992, took my ECFMG exam at the World Trade Center then off we go to Sentosa Island, Underwater World. I was back again in Singapore in July 1993. Enjoyed my stay especially its cleanliness. 2. Malaysia - July 1992, crossed the Singapore border at Johor Baharu, Malaysia. Lots of exotic tropical fruits. 3. Hongkong - December 1993, visited Ocean Park, Victoria Peak. Encountered several rude people in Hongkong but that's expected in your travels meeting all kinds of people with different cultures. 4. Macau - December 1993, Portugal's property at the time of my visit. Rode the jetfoils from Hongkong to Macau. Visited the famous church ruins. 5. China - December 1993, Went to China's Guandong province on a guided tour bus from Macau. Best chinese cuisine I've tasted in the province. 6. Osaka, Japan - November 2003 7. Sounthern California, U.S.A. - November 2003, visited Universal Studios, Disneyland, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles City proper, Grauman's Chinese theater in Hollywood Boulevard. 8. Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. - November 2003, visited Chicago city. Saw Sears Towers. 9. New York city, U.S.A. - December 2003, visited Times Square, Empire State Building, rode the NY subway to Ground Zero area (the infamous World Trade Center memorial). Ate in several Japanese, Filipino restaurants. Stayed in Long Island. 10. New Jersey, Atlantic City, U.S.A. - December 2003, played casino, strolled at the baywalk area, saw seagulls at the beach at -0 temp (freezing cold!) 11. Anchorage, Alaska, U.S.A. - December 2003 12. Taiwan - December 2003 Edited November 13, 2004 by Anaheim Quote Link to comment

I'm not much of a snapshooter and I'm extremely picky about what I post, so you won't see me post a lot of pictures. But I will post what I have that I (in my own not so humble opinion) think is worthy. I have some from a recent trip to the Grand Canyon (this was on vacation - a rare trip!) and I'll post those soon. But, most of what I have are from California. Quote Link to comment
