Pano Ba Paliitin Ang Tyan

30 minutes jogging then 2glasses of cold water then 3k sit-ups per day....i usually have a waist line of 39 but after 3months tryng this, may waist line downed to 30

 

Maliit pa ang tiyan ko pero papunta na ako sa age(25) na lalaki gaya ng mga kapatid ko. Kaya maganda sigurong gawin ko na situps to prevent that larger waist. Nasa 31" kasalukuyan beywang ko. Salamat kapatid sa advice.

Drink warm water with squeeze lemon, and apple cider vinegar. You can add honey for flavoring.

15-20 mins High Interval intensity Training early in the morning before breakfast.

You don't have change diet. Just minimize junk foods and foods high in sugar and drink plenty of water.

problema ko naman pano ako tumaba kaasar bakit ganun. ang lakas ko na kumain pero walang pagbabago sa katawan.

 

 

Baka naman gusto mo lang magkalaman hehe. Baka magsisi ka kung tumaba ka.

 

Consult a dietician/nutritionist or any professional help(coaches, trainers, bahala ka na). Sa mga payatot na tulad natin, kulang ang kain-kain lang.
