Fat loss is more hormonal than anything. To metabolize fat, insulin and leptin levels need to be low to nil, that aside from fasting, resistance training is also important since this improves insulin sensitivity.

Fat metabolism is also aerobic, so it requires O2 to be turned in to energy.

Fat metabolism = fat + O2 + other conditions  >>> Energy + H2O (sweat and urine) + CO2 (exhalation, with maybe a negligible amount released through the skin).

Diet:

Avoid fast foods, softdrinks and energy drinks.

Lessen rice intake and increase veg and proteins.

Take multivitamins.

Yung feeling daw ng gutom nanggagaling sa lack of nutrients sa kinakain natin, kaya minsan kahit nakakain na tayo naghahanap pa din tayo minsan ng pagkain.

Inom lagi tubig. Wag pa dehydrate.

Exercise:

Walk as much as possible. Ginagawa ko naglalakad ako pauwi from work to train station, pag umaga di talaga pwede bawal ma-late.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator kung mga 3-5 floors lang naman.

Pag weekend/day off magpaaraw sa umaga. 

Pag kaya, mag gym, or at least weights sa bahay. 

Remember, para mabawasan ang taba, energy out (walking, exercise) should be greater than energy in (pagkain). Pag inverse tayo tumataba.

Kaya natin to mga brod papayat tayo lahat.
