Pano Ba Paliitin Ang Tyan

i'm a lazy guy when it comes to workouts but i'll tell ya what worked for me and something i actually enjoy doing.

I walk for 1 hour every day around my village and I substituted brown rice for white rice.

After six months I went down from 210 pounds to 155 and still dropping. I had a big tummy at one point(so big I could no longer bend to tie my laces) but now things are back to normal.

I'm not buff or anything but I am also no longer obese(my ideal non-obese range is 143-158) so I'm a happy camper.

walking helps me clear my head so it's both physically and mentally beneficial for me.

Ab exercises will only sculp and tone your muscles.

First and foremost, dapat mawala yung fats.

I personally like morning swims or jogging. Pag kasi sa umaga nag cardio, you have less calories stored in your body. Diretso sa fats ang ginagamit ng katawan mo sa umaga, thus burning them out faster.

Diet - Calculate your daily Calorie intake vs. your desired weight / Refrain from drinking Cola drinks much better kung tubig lang (8-10 glasses)/day

Exercise - 30 mins. continuous / resistance exercise / 30 mins Brisk walking or Jogging.

Take vitamins and supplements. Vit. E, Ascorbic acid, B complex

In a moth time you will notice the difference.

Agreed. That would be a good start. But sometimes if you reach 25 years old, medyo lumalaki tyan talaga

Cardio work outs plus a good diet plan. sure yan.

I second the motion. I started walking and running on a regular basis, then cut back on my rice consumption and did away with softdrinks (once or twice na lang every other week, unlike before na araw-araw). After almost three months, I can now fit into the medium-sized pants and suits that I used to wear a few years ago (I was already wearing "large" sizes). The important thing is: GET MOVING ^_^

Ito ginawa ko dati:

1. Nag-adik sa badminton every Saturday for a 1-3 hours. Medyo competitive ang laban kaya moderate to high yung intensity kadalasan (anlakas mang-asar nung kalaban mo eh)

2. Tinatakbo ang 5 kilometers nang under 45 minutes every Sunday

3. 1 Hr weight training Tuesday and Thursday na focused on squats, deadlifts, cleans and presses (military tsaka bench).

1. Reasonably planned weight training provides both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning

2. More muscle mass needs the maintenance of more calories meaning na pati bodyfat storage mo maaapektuhan

3. There's no such thing as spot reduction

I back-read through the comments and most of the time, yung humihingi ng advice are already on their gym work-outs. para po sa akin, it really helped a lot kung babawasang ang intake ng carbs esp. rice. I consulted with an N/D and she told me na mas mainam na sa diet mag umpisa and the drinks. Lessen intake of sugar or colas. If meron talagang urge na uminom, Coke Zero ang inuman o Diet Coke or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi.

I don't exercise a lot, in fact I'm really obese. But what helped me loosen a lot of pounds withouth the exercise pa is the food intake. Safe weight loose is around 8 lbs a month. I'm in my 7th month and I lost around 27 lbs na. :)

lately i try to sit-up every night and morning. but one time, biglang sumakit tyan ko, i end up vomiting. was it related?

It could be related if you did sit-ups in less than 2 hours after eating. The food is still in the stomach and regurgitated upward causing the vomiting. It's called gastroesoghageal reflux.

one of these days in spa and facial clinic like Marie France is the use of Rf and ultrasound machine. The machine burns fat while you are lying down for about 30 to 45 minutes perr session. Recommended session is 10 sessions to see the result. The machine is very effective since there is a measurement done before and after the treatement. If you are on a tight budget, i recommend BeautyWork Facial Clinic which has that kind of machine in Makati.

Parating tumakbo. Kung gusto niyo lumiit agad, araw araw niyo to gawin. Tumakbo kayo yung tipong tulo talaga pawis niyo, wag yung takbo tapos wala naman pawis lumalabas.

Parating mag stomach-in. Kahit naglalakad or nakaupo. Kahit nag-shoshower.

Unahin niyo munang tanggalin yung fats before palakihin yung muscles sa tyan niyo.

eto lang alam ko although i never work-out my abs hehee:

pag nagwowork-out ka, minimize mo pag inom ng tubig

treadmill or running/jogging. lots of it.

and most importantly,

kahit na ano pang exercise or running/jogging gawin mo,

syempre mas maganda both mo ginagawa, para mas mabilis ang progress and improvement.
