ck1977
yes it's ok. Dairy products (milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheeses) have been proven in research to substantially help you slim down PROVIDED you take the low/no fat version. Nice post . Very Informative... Thanks to all Quote Link to comment

yanzmyk
For those of you who wanna lose weight and tone at the same time, try nyo circuit training with weights. You'd probably need the help of a trainer at first to calculate the adequate BPMs for the most efficient burning of fats while maintaining enough energy to finish the workout. Think of doing aerobics but this time you're using weights. You start with warm-up cardio pa rin for about 15 minutes. Then for the next 5 minutes you buildup your heartrate to the necessary BPMs before moving on to the weight machines. The key is to maintain a specific BPM while working out so contrary to popular exercises, you cannot rest too much in between sets or else you hear rate might drop. If you feel your heart rate dropping then go target big muscles by doing lunges or squats or chest press. If too much naman then target small muscles such as biceps or calves. Got very nice results for me. Lost weight and built stamina at the same time while toning muscles. Quote Link to comment

BreakAndInsert6977
Can anyone suggest a safe diet? I'm a student, so radically changing what I eat could reflect in my grades. Perhaps something short-term, say, 3-7 days lang? I'd appreciate it very much, thank you. Quote Link to comment

According to medical studies, more than that and youre body will have a hard time metabolizing it. Too much milk will also give you constipation. If youre not drinking totally fat free milk then it will increase your intake of saturated fats that lead to heart disease. In men, certain studies show a relationship between excessive milk intake and prostate cancer. Actually, the sugar content of milk should be the least of your concerns. Guest Xfilemanx2001
Combination of lots of cardio: Ellyptical or treadmill (I prefer ellyptical; easier on the knees hehehe!), lots of sit-ups or comparable stomach muscle building excercises, and balanced diet (see the triangle) but more fish, veggies, and fruits. I also do mountain biking, power walking, and varieties of intense cardio sports. :thumbsupsmiley: Regiment is working so far. In the past few months, I already lost a couple of inches off my waist! :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
