Probability of catching an STI/STD with an infected person in oral sex scenario

Chlamydia

Penis to mouth - The chance of getting oral chlamydia after contacting with infected penis is from 2.6% to 3.7%
Mouth to penis - The chance of passing chlamydia from infected throat to penis is from 5.6%-15.6%
Vagina to mouth - The chance of getting oral chlamydia after contact with infected vagina is from 0% to 5%.
Mouth to vagina - The chance of passing chlamydia from infected throat to vagina can be as high as 40%
Anus to mouth - The chance of getting oral chlamydia after contacting with infected anus is from 2.6% to 3.6%
Mouth to anus - The chance of passing chlamydia from infected throat to the rectum is from 13.1% to 32.5%

Gonorrhea

Penis to mouth - Chance of transmission from penis to oral area: 2.3%
Mouth to penis - Chance of transmission from throat to penis: 23% to 42.3%
Vagina to mouth - Chance of transmission from vagina to throat: 0% to 5%
Mouth to vagina - Chance of transmission from throat to vagina: as high as 40%
Anus to mouth - Chance of transmission from anus to throat: 3.8%
Mouth to Anus - Chance of transmission from throat to rectum: 42.3%
DFK - The chance of getting oral gonorrhea after contacting with infected throat (deep kissing) is 23.2%

HIV

Getting HIV through oral sex is very unlikely. The chance is close to zero, whether you're giving or receiving oral sex. This is because mouth tissues rarely develop microscopic abrasions during sex, even if blood or sperm enters the mouth. However, it is difficult to scientifically determine the risk of oral sex alone because people having oral sex usually also have other types of sex (vaginal or anal) during the same sexual episode.

Giving oral sex is a bit riskier
The risk of getting oral HIV is slightly higher if you are giving oral sex (your mouth is on your partner's genitals) than if you are receiving it (your partner's mouth is on your genitals). The reason for this is that you may have microscopic abrasions in your mouth that you're not aware of and your mouth and throat can come into contact with infected bodily fluids.

Herpes

Protected oral sex with Asymptomatic person - 5.15% chance of getting infected
Protected oral sex with Symptomatic person - 10.05% chance of getting infected
Unprotected oral sex with Asymptomatic person - 10.20% chance of getting infected
Unprotected oral sex with Symptomatic person - 20.10 chance of getting infected

Nakakacurious naman kung sino ito... napreserve kaya ang usapang iyon somewhere sa forums ng MTC? Malamang hindi, pero for sure interesting read sana yun.

A few years ago there was a guest na may test result ng sarili to show and to convince any thera of his choice for live and offered 10k pesos. He was known to most theras at doon lang siya kumukuha sa mga sister spas. This is a case marahil na yung guest doesn't care of the status of the thera na napili niya as long as he knew he was clean.

Ewan kung magtaka kayo na minsan yung mismong manager ng spa will notify the chosen thera na pumipili si guest ng pwedeng ilive. And sometimes theras give way knowing si guest ay regular or known sa spa.

Well said! A lot of people neglect this fact on window period and think a single test would suffice for the myriad of possible std's you can catch.

Any list ng mga spas and therapists na dapat iwasan? Kung may alam kayo pa reply para mag dm ako sa inyo. Thank you

Imo if you're like me and still can't let go of this hobby.. I would suggest just always using protection.. whether it's vaginal/anal/oral sex.. Avoid dfk as well.

You can't really single out a single spa/group as something like this can easily spread especially with the tendency of us gm's to try out different spas.. also, usually most women don't have obvious symptoms..

I think if everyone gave their list of where they got hit you'd probably just avoid all the spas.

I seldom visit a spa, The last time was 2018 pa. I’m kinda curious kase I’m planning to have my vacation sa last quarter of this year and I’m looking for prospect spas na safe.
safety first dapat. Never do it without protection.

I think there's no such thing as "spas na safe". All spas with theras that engage in sexual activity are susceptible to STD/STI.

Mahahawa ka rin ba thru kiss or oral sex ng HIV?

For HIV, chances are very low.. but of course.. there are factors that might increase that.. e.g. bleeding gums, open wounds on the penis..

You're more likely to get other std's
