On my part, water therapy and minimum carbo intake

naman ang ginagawa ko. Wala na kasing time mag exercise e.

Take at least 12 glasses of water everyday, medyo uncomfortable

nga lang kasi panay ang CR mo.

Although may tummy pa rin hanggang ngayun, pero nakikita ko naman

na nare reduce na rin siya. Ang medyo mahirap talagang tanggalin ay

ung sa side belly (bil-bil).

My opinion is that if you know that you still love her, i'll still keep the relationship, give her the full trust again, and as much as possible, i will not dwell the issue anymore with her.

Instead, what i'm going to do is to identify the causes of why she has done that, then tingnan ko ang mga ways or ung mga dapat kong gawin para hindi na niya ulitin ulit yun.

E-heads, my number one local band, hanggang ngayun hindi pa ako nag sasawa sa mga kanta nila, i don't know kung ano ang magic meron sa kanta nila, pero ibang klase talaga.

Hi Teofila, ganda ng avatar mo, ikaw ba yan? By the way, ano ibig mo sabihin ng "double timed"?

For me, i had 3 girlfriends + flings which i didn't have numbers at the moment.

I usually waked up by the sound of my alarm, so the first thing i do is to to keep snoozing the alarm at 10 minutes interval until my drowsiness subsides.

Happy and excited! i just got a new and better job!

Yup, nauso tuloy ung rubber shoes na magkaiba ung kulay. Nauso rin sa school namin na ung polo shirt na long back pa, ay ginagawang under shirt ng school polo uniform. Then ung trouser ay ung baggy na super sa luwag sa hita, then baston sa ilalim.

I'm only using one brand of perfume, Drakkar Noir.

I also use cologne sometimes, ung local nga lang, the name is Le Eau du JBC (Johnson's Baby Cologne)

I like the Bench, Penshoppe and Hanes shirts.

For trouser, i always use Levis jeans and slacks.

For shoe, i like to wear Catterpilar shoes at work, top sider or canvass shoes for casual walk, and nike rubber shoes when i'm at play.
