  1. Wahhh!!! Napaka mahal ng Pineapple dito sa lugar ko ngayun, gusto ko ring mag lose ng weights, is there any alternative aside from Pineapple?

FYI, i'm staying now in a country where tropical fruits are really rare kaya medyo mahal siya. Somebody out there please, can suggest some high fiber fruits which can be found in cold countries

  2. Dear son ...

The day that you see me old and I am already not have patience, try to understand me …

If I get dirty when eating… if I can not dress… have patience. Remember the hours I spent teaching it to you.

If, when I speak to you, I repeat the same things thousand and one times… do not interrupt me… listen to me.

When you were small, I had to read to you thousand and one times the same story until you get to sleep…

When I do not want to have a shower, neither shame me nor scold me…

Remember when I had to chase you with thousand excuses I invented, in order that you wanted to bath…

When you see my ignorance on new technologies… give me the necessary time and not look at me with your mocking smile…I taught you how to do so many things… to eat good, to dress well… to confront life…

When at some moment I lose the memory or the thread of our conversation… let me have the necessary time to remember… and if I cannot do it, do not become nervous… as the most important thing is not my conversation but surely to be with you and to have you listening to me

If ever I do not want to eat, do not force me. I know well when I need to and when not.

When my tired legs do not allow me walk...… give me your hand… the same way I did when you gave your first steps.

And when someday I say to you that I do not want to live any more… that I want to die… do not get angry… some day you will understand…

Try to understand that my age is not lived but survived.

Some day you will discover that, despite my mistakes, I always wanted the best thing for you and that I tried to prepare the way for you..

You must not feel sad, angry or impotent for seeing me near you. You must be next to me, try to understand me and to help me as I did it when you started living.

Help me to walk… help me to end my way with love and patience. I will pay you by a smile and by the immense love I have had always for you.

    I love you son…

    Your father

  3. Honest opinion, way too expensive.  I just bought a brand new IBM notebook with exactly the same specs at around 59k.  That is more than half the guy is selling it for you.

    Again, just an honest opinion.

Thanks tol Poker, sa tingin ko nga medyo mahal. Saan mo pala nabili ung IBM mo? pwede mo ba akong ma refer dun?

  4. Mga tol, baka pwede naman makapagbigay ng advise, one guy is selling me a brand new HP Notebook model nc4010. He's selling it at the price of Ps. 135K.

  5. Ano-ano ba ung mga High in Fiber Food na readily available sa mga supermarket.

Honestly, medyo ignorante ako sa mga high in fiber food ay hindi ko alam kung ano-ano ba ung mga pagkain or product na yun.

  7. Based on all the comments that were posted here, I can just sum up in two words ang kailangan para magkarun ng abs, discipline and motivation.

Ang problema ko talaga ay ung motivation e. I've been doing the diet and all the exercises that is practically written in any books (and also in this thread) regarding how to reduce the tummy. But it only last for a couple of weeks, at maximum ay at least for a month. Then balik na ulit sa dating habit, i.e. kain ng marami, carbs, tamad mag exercise, etc..

Ano kaya ang pinaka mabisang motivation para ma maintain mo ung diet and exercise program mo?

  8. 80's? I remember ung phone namin may kaparty line pa kami, lagi namin kaaway, kasi telbabad lagi.

  9. a sense of humor. someone who can make me laugh.

more than looks or money or smarts (which are all considerations, i'm sure), i find that the true measure of my kind of man is his sense of humor. if he can find joy in the little things and knows how to take life lightly, then that tells me he's someone who i'd want to be around with not just during the good times but especially around the tough times.

a sureness in his identity is a big advantage as well. men who are still trying to find their place in the world grate my nerves.

and, i suppose, someone who i can be silent with as much as talk to. there is a comfort in silence that few people appreciate... most would rather asphalt it over with thoughtless conversation. but men who can just sit quietly and feel no pressure to impress me with smooth talk or their flashy wit are deliciously attractive.

finally, someone who appreciates my being the ball-busting cosmopolite i am and not be intimidated by it... but also someone who'll allow me to regress sometimes to being a little girl who needs to be comforted and assured and affirmed. it's tiring to always be strong. so when i want to give way, it'd be nice to have a man who can allow me to be weak.

this kind of man is rare and worth his weight in gold. and worth waiting for as well.

Sorry for butting-in mike_23. Just can't help but to appreciate this. Nice one! Hoping for more like this.... ciao.
