  3. You blow hot then cold then hot again. I've never met anyone moodier. Its especially more difficult because I really don't know how to react. Sometimes, I feel I don't get the real deal. You shut me out then woo me...ewan ang gulo! Take a break muna tayo ha? Kailangan ko mag-aral e.

  5. Actually, Nami, is in Diniwid beach, not white beach. Its the next cove after white beach. Every suite has a jacuzzi, pang honeymooners or romantic weekend. Masarap din yung food. Try their champagne breakfast. YUM!

     

    Its actually the only major (meaning big) hotel in diniwid so solo nyo yung beach, more or less. The hotel mismo sits on a cliff and you have to ride a "scenic elevator" to go up. Mejo nakakatakot pero hanep yung view. :D The elevator was imported from sweden, and according to my swedish friends, (I took them there when they visited last year) d pa daw nachecheck ulit yung elevator so natakot sila. mwahahahaha. The service is usually good but when we were there mejo off days ata ng staff. :D

     

    I think the price is worth it. July might not be the best time to go though. Last year extended amihan kaya maganda yung weather kahit june/july. Pray ka na lang maulit this year. Have fun.

     

    Ok lang maglakad maganda yung path from White beach to Diniwid. Pwede rin magparao or mag-trike if you don't want to walk.

  6. anybody been to Friday's recently. Is it well maintained or has it deteriorated like the pearl of the pacific. Its a pity because both are located right in front of white beach

     

    I think Friday's is one of the best resorts in bora. The food is fantastic. (Friday's buffet! YUM!) It also has one of the best beach fronts! :D Bora was super crowded during holy week, but I took walks there going to Diniwid, because that part of white beach was the least congested!

  7. i lost 10 pounds on phase one of south beach diet, which lasted 2 weeks. effective talaga kaya lang susunget ka kasi gustong gusto mo na kumain ng kainin at tinapay kaya lang d pwede! parang ang tagal tagal ng 2 weeks!

  8. i tried south beach. first phase lang walang carbs and puro protein. pero eventually you re-introduce carbs again into your diet pero good carbs. carbs that are rich in fiber. basta may list ng bawal kainin based on their glycemic index.

     

    its hard lang kasi most of the available food is carbs e. hirap pa masanay kumain ng ulam pinoy na walang rice, like adobo, nilaga, sinigang....haaaay!

  9. i have insomnia. obvious ba? dito pa ko MTC this late! hehe but may days naman antukin ako. its really weird. i've never really felt the need to cure my insomnia. hassle lang kasi minsan kakatulog mo pa lang kelangan na gumising. hehehe

  10. ako when i'm stressed feeling ko mas malapitin ako sa sakit. i used to take vitamin C supplements but my friend introduced me to these parang alkaseltzer tabs...berocca. you put them in water and they fizz. tapos orange flavor so masarap inumin. it also has B complex vitamins and calcium. :D

  11. In my old gym, may ginagamit ako pang abs exercise. You're hanging pero nakatukod yung arms while gripping two rods. Pa-L yung position ng arms and then you lift your legs up. Hirap i-explain! It really helped me tone my tummy. kaya lang wala nun sa new gym ko. i've actually been looking in the gym equipment stores for it. super effective kasi isolated talaga chan muscles mo. plus no strain on your back. although, your neck and shoulder muscles may hurt a bit kasi they carry your body weight.

     

    wonder if you can have it custom-made?
