  1. I used to play basketball, volleyball and softball. But now, badminton na lang and pag may sportsfest dito sa office: volleyball. Occassionally, I also box and swing irons sa driving range (haven't tried the fairways yet). Regularly, 3x a week (at least 2 hours) sa gym doing aero and lifting weights.

     

    My next project is to learn scuba diving and wall climbing... hopefully magawa ko yan pareho this year. :rolleyes:

  2. What causes snoring? - Normally, you snore:

     

    1. when you're dead tired

    2. when you have colds

    3. if you're fat

     

    Avoid those three para di ka mag-snore. ;)

  3. Sony Vaio. I don't know the exact techie details though but it has wifi, memory card slot, DVD recorder/player and blue tooth.. hehehe.. I don't use it as much as I use my PC (may PC kse sa office tska sa bahay). Mas comfortable pa rin kse gamitin ang PC (for me ha). Nasa kotse ko lang lagi yun laptop ko eh.. hehehe. :P

  4. Wala sa looks yan. Nasa dating mo yan at pagdadala ng sarili.

     

    Ako kse I always analyze the face... matangos ang ilong, maganda ang mata, hindi busalsal ang labi, hindi oily ang mukha na ma-pimple.. mahirap na, baka magmana sa kanya magiging mga anak namin.. di kawawa yung bata.. madudurog lang ang pusong-ina ko nyan. :blink: :P

     

    Of course it doesn't stop there.. dapat mabait rin, may sense kausap, okey ang attitude and responsible. ;)

In my old gym, may ginagamit ako pang abs exercise.  You're hanging pero nakatukod yung arms while gripping two rods.  Pa-L yung position ng arms and then you lift your legs up.  Hirap i-explain!  It really helped me tone my tummy.  kaya lang wala nun sa new gym ko.  i've actually been looking in the gym equipment stores for it.  super effective kasi isolated talaga chan muscles mo.  plus no strain on your back.  although, your neck and shoulder muscles may hurt a bit kasi they carry your body weight.

     

    wonder if you can have it custom-made?

     

    Yan yata yun roman chair? (google, help!) hehehe.. di ko rin kabisado yun tawag though ginagawa ko rin yan sa gym.. di ba nakatayo ka tapos you raise your knee up to your tummy?

     

    This is really very effective.. pero sis, pwede mo naman gawin yun leg raise (while nakahiga flat on your back) kung wala ka ng equipment na to.. pareho din ang effect. ;)

    You're in danger of crossing the line, flirting-wise. There's nothing wrong with showing romantic interest with a pointed glance, a soft touch or a toss of your hair, but if you're all over everybody (literally and figuratively) and you have no intention of getting involved sexually, you'll wind up creating frustration for everyone involved. Tone your come-hither ways down a bit. You don't need to go overboard to get someone's attention.

  7. Simple lang sa kin: "Ayoko na"... mas mahaba kse ang speech, mas mahirap baka mag-debate pa kayo.. less talk.. less mistake. ;)

     

    Tska kung bobolahin mo pa kse, baka mas mahirapan pa sya mag-move on (kse aasa pa na gusto mo pa sya). Kaya ako.. simpleng "ayoko na" lang ang sinasabi ko. Pag pina-explain nya ko, sagot ko, basta "ayoko na" eh. :rolleyes:

    Hey, does this have a scientific basis? I've read somewhere that fat guys have shorter ? :unsure: And bodybuilders also have shorter ? :upside:

     

    Tanong po yan. I hope that nobody would react violently. Will appreciate if we talk in general terms, if you're an exception.. just be happy that you are an exception. ;)

  9. Ah ok. I guess we belong to different schools of nutrition. Which is pretty normal. Most well-known "nutrition gurus" around the world today still disagree on a lot of things concerning proper diet. Some say food pyramid is best, some say high protein- low carb work best, some say 30-30-40 rule, etc. The bottomline would be look at the results of the one championing their philosophy. If the nutritionist or doctor is perfectly fit and healthy, my guess is that his diet works. if he's weak and sickly, his diet obviously doesn't work. :)

     

    So what works for you then? :)

     

    As for me, I just take vitamin C and drink plenty of water! (at least 8 glasses a day) I am not sickly.. kung uso ang sipon, lahat sila may sipon, ako na lang ang wala. :P

     

    By the way, any of you heard that vitamin C whitens skin? I've read somewhere that if you take 1000 iu a day, it will whiten your skin. Wala lang. :rolleyes:

  10. As for Black Cat, I will ask you to choose for me, and my choice wil be the one you did not choose.  Since you immediately assumed I will choose the sexy one, then I will actually CHOOSE the fat one.

     

    Hahaha! I am not your girlfriend, why make a decision based on my decision? :lol: Well, I've assumed that your gf will choose the fat one... not that I am insecured with myself, but that's how girls think (generally speaking).. mas maganda kunin yun hindi kme magkakaproblema. ;)

     

    Anyway, since you've admitted that you're biased.. I guess you fall on the "exceptions".. so, it's useless to argue. :) It's a fact that most guys rave sa mga babaeng maganda ang katawan. One good example is the pics gallery at the VIP room. B)

     

    My guy bestfriend once told me, you can't demand something you cannot give. :)
