      Yun na nga, kelangan matutunan mo tanggapin ang sarili mo muna, patawarin kung anong pagkakamali nagawa mo, at pagsumikapan matuto dahil dito. Pag nagawa mong mas mahalin sarili mo dahil sa pagsusumikap mo mas maging mabuting tao, hindi mo na kelangan ng validation ng ibang tao. Kung tanggapin ka nila eh di ok, kung hindi, ok din lang. Mabubuhay ka pa din ng payapa at masama, kasi mahal mo ang sarili at alam mong nabubuhay ka ng tama di ba?

      That is why emotional independence is such an important thing. Kung lagi mo iniaasa sa iba happiness mo, matatakot ka nga talaga. Pero once you accept that your happiness is your responsibility, kaya mo maging masaya me kasama ka man o magisa
