Recently, I saw this show sa cable about food sa Discovery. The name of the host is Bobby Chin and he's visiting Manila. Chef Gene Gonzalez was cooking our beloved Adobo while the host helps out. Ibang klase yung recipe niya, the ususal ingredients pero may patis and tanglad (lemongrass). Mukhang ok naman but I have not tried it though.

Just recently rin, sa show ng "Tara Let's Eat". Halos lahat ng Adobo recipe sa Pilipinas pinakita! Tulo laway ko nun.

Medyo off topic lang, while Chef Gene and Bobby Chin was cooking, they were being cheered by his students, one of them was the actress Janice De Belen!

Meron mga labas yung Hang-Ten and Bench na jeans/maong yung cut and design pero yung tela parang corduroy na horizontal yung pattern. They have pastel colors which I really like madaling i-terno sa shirt or polo.

I have a Bigboy Sinski scooter medyo napabayaan yung bodypaint and merong mga sira sa flairings dahil sa mga semplang. Can anyone here recommend a shop that would do minor body repairs and repainting? Sa vicinity ng Paranaque sana mga bossing lang.

Just this morning I was ask to donate blood for a friends brother in Makati Med. I have done this 3 times already the 1st one was with RedCross the 2nd one was in PGH the very recent one was in UST 1st of March this year. I was deferred kasi raw mattas ang red blood levels ko? Tinanong ko yung attendant sabi nya normal lang raw yun pero meron silang standard na sinusunod. I ask for advice sabi niya pwedeng sa diet ko raw yun and stay away from meat. My question po is how can I surely reduce my red blood count para makapag-donate ako ulit.
