  1. HI guys,

I would like to ask what you think is the best investment strategy which is a one time deposit stuff for an amount of about 50K.

would it be better for me to go for banks or would it be better for me to go for philam or sunlife?

I am also willing to try the high risk types which are supposedly yield higher interest

    Thanks in advance!

no point. try to learn about interest rates po. the more options you have the better you can choose for yourself. when money is working for you, remember to take note of risks. uulitin ko risks. so try to learn the risks of your chosen vehicle of investment. study the process and computations and better yet talk to one of their clients, what did he do and what did he get. experience is the best teacher of all, especially kung experience ng iba, para hindi u na uulitin ang mali ng iba.

  2. My friend has an investible fund now of about P500k, what advice can I give him as to where he can invest it?

    Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

the best investment is a business. if the cash holder is not keen on a business, get a partner and start one. if still not interested, invest in stocks, but better know what you are getting in to. if still not interested then get a time savings account, if still not interested, get into mutual funds. (mutual funds are prone to mismanagement) make sure you can pull out your investment anytime at market rate. remember you let other people use your money, they profit, they give you pennies. when their chosen vehicles falter, you take all the losses.

  3. bDo pag may savings account ka sa kanila. same din sa BPi. pinakamadali is meron u bank history sa preferred bank u para may reference sila sa spending habits and income nyo. if you accumulate cash more, (deposit or leave more cash than you spend) then madali lang ang card. (low wage salary medyo mahirap) since masarap gumastos hirap kumita. other ways, thru agents. sometimes kailangan din nila quota. thats the time madali. anyways for me, its better na wala kang credit card. kase less temptation or oblgation magbayad. (sometimes swallowing your pride cost less than actually handing over a credit card due to pressure and emotions) hehehe piece of advice, use debit cards. at least may pondo kaysa sa utang.

  7. delete beer. for the belly, running, sit ups, push ups, pull ups (core exercises) run, avoid fats, protein, fiber, check your liver, it bloats the belly, check your intestines for gas, bloats the belly as well. avoid alcohol, since it swells the liver.

  9. personally, i am not clinically diagnosed as a depressed person. pero i do experience depression and anxiety. for me, just tell your mind that problems and sacrifices are part of life, same as happiness and success. having lower valleys makes higher mountains. if we are deressed... then its the lowest part of life, only two ways to go, go six feet deep and call it a day, or be positive, stand up and start climbing.... as we climb up, maybe the lower third we sacrifice, we lose, we learn, the middle third we find comfort, strength and hope, and the high third, we find happines, smiles, success... at this point we can look back and look down from where we began... every beginning is from the lowest, farthest point... :) looking forward is the way to go :)

  10. simple answer - PROPER diet and exercise.

detailed answer - sa dami ng videos sa youtube i'm you'll something that works for you. pero it all boils to one thing, determination. you start fiery on day one and pig out on the 3rd. it takes weeks and months. to be fit you need to give up some of your bad habits or if not eliminate all. (smoking, drinking, drugs, pigging out) and some activities that cant help (couch potato, your desk job hahaha, mastubating 3 times a day etc.) if you cant discipline your mind and body i'd suggest someone else discipline it for you (join the army or marines) their physical regimen will push your body to at least to its able capability. or join a boxing club. their physical fitnees and stamina are awesome. (no you no need to get punched) but the toning and conditioning, thumbs up. another one is the ironman challenge, if you know how to cycle, swim and run, well basically you can start training until your physical strength and stamina reaches to this level. you may or not finish, but the training will stick, making you fitter and healthier than your previous you. compete! the best gauge as to where your training has got you. to lose fat/ stomach blobs, dedicate time and effort. in short... diet and exercise. ano ulam?

  11. kung ako ang teacher,

transparency. lahat ng gusto mandaya d2 kayo, lahat ng nagaral at ayaw mandaya d2 kayo sa kabila. para malinaw. ako bilang teacher i would pass all, pero the difference would be, kung may natutunan ba kayo o wala. lahat aabot sa passing, pero yun next questions pang masters hehehe. kasi kung wala naman natutunan no point. lahat naman gusto pumasa. so ipasa lahat, pero yun mga gusto umangat dun ilagay ang competition. yun mga tamad, never mind hahaha
