I'm kinda torn over the whole thing. I admired Benoit's in-ring capabilities and I do believe that he deserves a tribute. But as Larry said, since its a murder-suicide, how can they glorify a murderer?

As I said over at East Side Boxing forum: I think they're paying tribute to Benoit the wrestler and colleague of theirs. The word's still out on what actually happened.

The question now is how did Vince escape his fiery "death"?

I see you took the lat machine attachment for the adjustable bench. On my case, I got a wall mounted lat machine which I bought separately. I found the attachment I bit unstable on heavy weights.

Actually the lat attachment isn't part of the bench; we had that made. The lat attachment for that bench is different from the one we had made. I'll take a close picture of the attachment next time, as well as the extension done to the leg extension/curl to accommodate the weights, as well as to make it more stable.

Another thing I did was to have 2 pieces of thick metal rods shaped like a letter "z" fabricated. I attach it on adjustable bench as an "escape latch" when I do heavy bench presses without a spotter.

That's a good idea, since I also worry about being under heavy weights when I do flat bench presses.

No, it will not stop you from smoking. Madami akong kilala na pumupunta ng gym and still smoke. Makes me wonder why they even go to the gym when they can't quit smoking, parang you only negate what you gain in the gym by smoking.

Maganda yan, assuming of course you have the space for it. Me, okay na ako sa bench ko. You can do almost everything there: flat, incline, decline bench presses, lat work, leg extension and leg curl, cable row. Sayang lang di ako nagpagawa ng preacher curl attachment (yung lat attachment pinagawa ko; it did not come with the bench), but that's okay.

P10,000 is way too low for entry level agents in the industry today. Around P15,000 is at least the minimum, though some would go as low as P12,000 for non-experienced agents. Tenured agents' asking price would range from P16,000-P20,000. These are Metro Manila figures. Provincial figures are slightly lower.

No, I don't think he even took this fight seriously. When Manny watched the tapes of Solis, it took him all of 5 minutes and then left. He's not focused because of his political ambitions, but then he also has the tendency to dismiss lesser opponents.

Observation ko in many of Manny's fights, he always starts at round 6. First rounds he tests the waters if he's facing a new challenge. All out na siya from round 6 once he's comfortable with his opponent, and yun ang ginawa niya with Solis.
