I couldn't agree more. I was one of those few who tried it during their soft opening. Even made reservations... Ended up, I'll never ever go back there again. I'm the type who's up for getting first impressions when it comes to dining places.

 

I'd rather eat at the carinderia coz most of the dishes served can also be found in the carinderia, that has better taste pa.

 

I just couldn't help but sigh whenever I hang out across the place, Icing's, and see those people going in. If they only knew... (Of course I can't put up a campaign outside there. LOL).

Thats why his places keep having to re-invent themselves.

Bec he's not that creative and tries to sell the "upscaled" version of a regular fare.

Though I have to admit his price is at midrange.

We were going to have merienda at north park when we noticed this "chef laudico " place in front. We tried it. They serve Filipino buffet .we waited til 6 pm for the buffet. It was about 500 a plate. I won't go back. For a couple of hundred more, kamayan/dads would be a better deal. My teenage daughter cooks better.

Laudico has a bad rep for me.

Always with mediocre food and ingredients.

Makes use of student chefs (prob in ojt) to be cheap.

I tried a few of his restos and after the first few weeks, their quality takes a dive.
