Hello everyone. Question lang anyone knows what's the best way to recover from Achilles Tendinitis? Rested na from running for 2 weeks consecutive wala ng pain when I walk. di ko ma assess kung recovered na ko. Pero when I stretch I feel something on my Achilles Tendon and also parang sore yung calf muscle ko. Any tips din for gears to protect my achilles heel at tendons? thanks!

What we have is a revolving door of amateur players turning pro, and PBA players being lent by their mother clubs at the last minute.
