What's the typical waiting period for the AT 2007 CRV?

Ordered my 4x4 last week of April and it's coming in on the first or second week of June. Apparently they ordered more of the 4x2 2.0's instead of the 4x4 2.4's. They didn't expect the greater demand for the 4x4's. Worst case scenario: last week of June.

As a dentist, have you ever had a patient that you were attracted to and then upon seeing her teeth, na-turn off ka?

 

For me, it's not the teeth so much as the breath! I mean, if the smell can penetrate the mask I'm wearing, making me nauseous, then that's a sure sign that she's not that hygenic in other ways. :sick:

 

O kaya, she's so attractive na tinatagalan mo ang pag treat sa kanya? ehem...guilty ako eh!

 

Heheh too many times. ) But I get conscious and I do have to think about my professionalism. I try to chat them up or get them interested in further treatments and appointments if I can tho. As long as the schedule permits.

 

Would having a nice set of teeth be an attraction to you? Kung me prosthetics siya (partials or dentures) turn off na?

 

Having a good set of teeth is a big plus and coupled with a nice smile can almost instantly grab my attention. The teeth needn't be perfect as long as they are wel taken care of. As for prosthetics, they do tend to be a turn off, but mostly if they're not well done, neglected, or if they affect the health of the rest of the mouth. :sick:

 

Do you find yourself diagnosing your date's teeth? For instance, while you are talking to them, you see a filling that needs to be done...

Oh yes, very normal. Especially in our profession. I even find myself noticing if a person on TV has false teeth or had braces.

 

Another one, from my former colleagues na dentists, they claimed that they can tell if you give "oral" by looking at their patients' palate...how true is this?

They told me this while I was at their chair to get work done...so I rescheduled.

 

Hahaha! Not necessarily true, because if you're talking about the shape of the palatal vault, it's already assumed to be well developed when you even begin learning how to give head. Otherwise, the gums aren't affected too much except for mild abrasions but then even those can heal. So unless you just gave one before sitting on the chair, its not likely to be obvious.

 

Lastly, I hope you don't mind na kung minsan sinasagot ko ang yung mga unanswered na tanong that were meant for you sa Dental thread.

 

Oh, absolutely not! In fact, I'd prefer that others answer the questions too. Otherwise, it would say "Oral Specialist's Dental Thread."

Well, I've always enjoyed broadcast media so I would have gone into Mass Comm or Fine Arts. So now I just dabble in those as a hobby.

I believe it was a distant relative when I was 12, I think...

I was 25 then and I was introduced to her by a friend. She was also in the broadcast biz and her grandma, who she was living with, was out of town. I slept over and I couldn't believe how scared I was that time. We ended up doing it 7 times in 12 hours.

12 girlfriends and no boyfriends. I thought about it and I really only swing one way.

Oh wow, I can't name one in particular but a mix of many different members would be ideal. There are so many facets in a woman's personality that it's challenging to simply find all of them in one person, especially since I'm not that active in EBs anymore.

White boxer briefs for now but I like to wear grey or blue boxers as well as gym shorts, which are flimsier than boxers.

Usually it's half down and 10% per installment but then there are dental offices that allow credit card payments.

The procedure can cost from 10k up to 30k or more depending on how the procedure is done and the materials used. The one visit bleachings tend to be in the high end and maintenance can be a bit of a challenge.

Yes you can but the removal of a filling, especially one that hasn't deteriorated or discolored, can cause partial removal of the tooth structure as well. Since the drilling procedure or preparation already removed the decayed areas, it would not be prudent to risk removing sound structure. Fillings can last from 2-20 years depending on the material and maintenance.
